Don’t even want to give 1 star. Ordered footlong meatball sub online. NO sauce on sub at all. Called to complain and female that prepared my order answered and i was told she didn’t have any warm sauce only cold sauce. Asked her could she not warm some up because it was only 4:34 not closing time or let me know when I picked it up if I wanted to change my order and how would she feel if that was her food. I went to this Subway before and it was amazing. However, this most recent visit was horrible. If I could rate it a 0 I would. The last workers I had done great but the two that done mine today was making my sandwich very odd. First of all the boy told me he couldn't use flat bread on my chicken and bacon ranch melt. Location cleanness is iffy most days, they don't accept coupons no more even though their location says so on the subway website. You have to wait for the workers to come out from hiding to finally order. Food freshness is different most days with the lettuce looking old also Tomatoes looking old. Don't really recommend this location. I would recommend going to the subway location next to the Marion Town center.
