This place is comical at least. At 10:10 there were screaming complaints people waited till the last minute for breakfast. On the intercom the lady said this to a customer too. Someone left gas on which led to additional screaming. A lady wasn’t given her drinks and was told it was her problem. I could go on just from my 20 min wait in the drive thru.

Nice inside, silly small parking lot, good normal BK food, inflation is evident here like everywhere else with prices, and staff members were nice and efficient.Parking: Tiny lot.
Excellent service- Christy and Shawn were the only ones working and they make that Burger King chug along, all day Just the two of them, did I mention ALL DAY!! More than just an 8 hour day..Breakfast,Lunch, Dinner….I have such respect for both of their work ethic.. As for everyone else that has decided to write poor reviews and just be plain nasty. The most difficult thing to do on the strand is find people that want to work . PERIOD! You were hangry when you were in the drive thru , because you didn’t plan your day at all, probably like your life, then you yell at the service provider at the window for being slow. And if that’s not bad enough you drive away and find you have 4 French fries and not 6, so you go back and yell again.. Lazy , slothful, entitled, childish new America.Christy and Shawn- As people in front of the demanding public I applaud you.It’s more than a job, you are taking the brunt of An Angry America. Thank you Both for creating a positive environment and a smile when I got to the window to be served, at 7 PM, after such a remarkably crazy day for you..And then to get up and do it again the next day!!The general public should be ashamed of itself. People Try to be nice at all costs!!! start there!Thank you again Christy and Shawn you are more than appreciated, you are great examples of how people need to be. Burger King is fortunate to have you as the face of that location,I’m sure they compensate you, I just hope they read this and understand if they can do more to keep you both , they should , you are the great investment. People are the greatest asset to any business or endeavor..

Sorriest Burger King around. My husband went through drive through to get milkshakes. He sat at waiting on someone to acknowledge him, when they finally did they of course had no milkshakes. The girl told him to go to Wendy's, when my husband was pulling around to leave the girl was hanging out of the window talking loudly with a guy on her phone. He was mocking my husband and using foul language.and they were laughing at him. This girl evidently doesn't want to work. Why can't they hire decent help

Horrible I ordered and was told to wait in the side that they would bring my food, waited as other cars got their orders and left, went in to check and order was sitting there and they were claiming to be cooking it, what could you be cooking for 25 minutes???while everyone else got their orders???never going back.

We recently went to Burger King on hwy 17 Murrells inlet. Waited on drive thru line 20 mins no one came. Went to the door no one would answer . It was 945 and both should be open. The three girls in the place stared at us and did not acknowledge us. This is the worst service we ever had and to top it off they through garbage out, saw the line and just went back in doing nothing.

If I could rate it lower, I would. If you like being stuck in the drive thru for over a half hour with no way to escape, this is the place for you. I left the car I was in and actually went into the restaurant to ask if their drive thru was open. Save your money and especially your time...do not recommend.

Currently trapped in the drive through for 30 plus minutes. If I could get out to drive off I would have already. Beautiful location for no reason because the service is TERRIBLE . If this location can’t handle March business, good luck in July! Don’t waste your time just go across the street to Wendy’s. Update .. 2 employees just came out to throw away 2 boxes. Apparently it’s a 2 person job. Maybe that’s why we can’t service customers and get food cooked.

Today is February 10, 2023 and it is 12:00 PM. Just stopped by to try and grab lunch but head doors lol or a lobby area not allowing customers to enter, but had a customer sit down at table. I saw employees sitting and standing around not doing anything. When I knocked on the window, they told me it was drive-through only even though my customer will sit down eating. The staff at that location is lazy and tries their best to avoid having in a rush of customers so that they do not have to work hard. All of them need to be fired. You need to rehire.
