i was a little skeptical on coming here because of the reviews however i think people only review places if they’re negative. I came here because i only had ten minutes to stop so i did a mobile order so i didn’t have to wait and that was the quickest trip to dunkin ever!! Everyone was super sweet and despite me having a drink with a lot of steps they made it perfectly! this will be my go to dunkin from now on!

I have tried this Dunkin numerous times since they opened. I always use the mobile app. I think I have been there 5 times and not anyone time did they have my order correct. Until they correct this I will have to go to the other Dunkin. I picked up this morning from them and when I told the lady at the window it wasn't correct she said oh really I forgot the other items. Very unprofessional

They don't do what corporate wants. They run out of everything by 2pm I asked for the district managers number but general manager refused to give it. I waited 25 minutes for my food it should of only taken 2-3 minutes for my food. I was a district manager in CT for years this Dunkin is slacking in management. Plus I got sick from the food not to mention they run out of everything and don't and don't replace it

I was excited to try out the brand new location that just opened up in my neighborhood. I'm happy to report that it did not disappoint! The new store is bright and clean, with a modern design. The staff was friendly and helpful, and they made my coffee and breakfast quickly and efficiently.
