Ive never been disappointed at any of their locations everything is always great the staff is always friendly. Can be a bit pricey though so if you're on a budget pay attention to what you're getting

I have never met a El Cerro that doesn’t have mayo. I’ve been there before and they had it but this time they didn’t have it. I ordered queso and she didn’t bring it to me. Bad service in my opinion and I’ll never go there again. Every other El Cerro I’ve been to had mayo. I’ll go back to my normal El Cerro where I get great service and I tip well. She did apologize but when she said it’s been pretty hectic but it was us and two other patrons 2:00p.m
