Out of all the Jersey Mikes in the Grand Strand , this one always seems to be the most inconsistent. I never really ever had a sandwich made at this location that I would consider great. The other locations make an excellent sandwich.

My daughter and I eat there frequently. Today, we ordered 2 turkey subs in tubs. They put 1, just 1 order of the turkey into 2 tubs! There was 1 handful of lettuce in both tubes combined and the normal turkey serving in 1 tub divided between our 2 tubs! We have never experienced such a horrible order at this JM's location. And when we called back they took forever to answer the phone. They preceded to explain with a very rude/ arrogant attitude. They did refund my money. I asked the supposed female imposter GM to email the owner! Haven't heard a peep from him on email. There are so many great places to eat in MI, and this place doesn't deserve any more business from us. I took pictures, but this service doesn't allow me to include them. What a surprise....not really.

Always get subs when Jersey Mike's does a promotion to support a community endeavor. Had the Italian which was wonderful, my wife had the Philly cheese sub. I'm from Philly, it was amazing. Bread was fresh/soft. Great subs.

This is the 3rd and last time I will make a take out order from the Murrell's Inlet store. Each time, they have neglected to give me the extra meat that I ordered and know is missing due to ordering in the store on previous occasions. I even added a tip on each occasion which was stupid on my part. I have hardly any meat on my sub, it is saturated with oil, because there isn't any lettuce to speak of to put the oil on..
Recently had Jersey Mike's cater a luncheon for me. The service was great. I used the app to place the order. The manager (I didn't know it was the manager at the time) called to review the order, gave options on how the boxes could be set up, explained the sandwiches and boxes would be labeled. At pick up everything was ready, and the manager helped carry the food to the car. The food was fresh, and delicious. Everyone enjoyed it. I would highly recommend the Jersey Mike's store in Murrells Inlet. Great food & service.

Didn't want to cook today, decided to get a sub for my husband. The store was empty I was greeted by a girl that was apparently in a bad mood. I tried very hard to be pleasant, everyone has bad days. I ordered a large Italian sandwich for my husband and then decided I wanted a mini Roast beef. She was annoyed that after she made a sandwich I wanted another sandwich. I even apologized and her reply was are you sure that's all you want. She was not very pleasant. I had planned to leave a tip but, after that I didn't feel she deserved it. No name tag so I can't even say who she is but, if she is there when I go again I will not order. My husband loves Jersey Mike's so we go there often.
