Best small business old school vibes hot dog and sandwich shop around. Gives the town of Garden city character and charm. The business owner is the most lovely and welcoming lady I’ve had the pleasure of knowing. The food is delicious and affordable and they have a great happy hour specials and sometimes have $1 beers which is unheard of. Definitely would recommend to anyone looking for a nice bite to eat by the beach.

The food was stellar and the service was GREAT! My friend and I ordered burgers and fries, and our order came out fast and hot. The atmosphere was fun with lots of 60s music, a fortune machine, and a quarter fall machine. Seating varies, there are several counter stools, and several booths. We loved it!
Sam's Corner is exactly what you want when craving a salty greasy cheesy oniony savory grilled tasty munchie beach meal!! Highly recommend the patty melt and onion rings. French fries aren't my favorite but I know others enjoy them, I prefer a crunchy fry and theirs are rather soft. Might be some my favorite onion rings because they don't fall apart when you bite into them. $5 White Russians, too, my goodness. I look forward to eating here every year for our vacation week. Clean, friendly, and fun - this place is iconic.

We liked this place. We got some sausages. I also like the way the restaurant looks inside. They also have options for eating outside. We will be coming back to try other things. For prices check they're online menu. Parking is a lot easier in the off season.
