I don't usually visit chain restaurants often but my wife & I find the steaks at Texas Roadhouse a very good value. There are many other menu options, as well. Pro-tip: get on the waiting list on their website to see how long the wait is.

Not too busy on a warm April Sunday afternoon. Got seated right away, Cate came immediately to the table and got our raspberry lemonade drink order. Within 5 minutes, she was back. I ordered the 8 oz sirloin with grilled shrimp skewer, with a cup of chili and steak fries; hubby ordered the 8 oz sirloin with loaded baked potato and Ceasar salad sides. Cate brought the chili and salad before the meal, which was perfect. The steaks were med-rare and perfect. We were in and out of there within an hour. Yes I know it is a chain, but the food was excellent, the service en pointe (refills appeared almost magically!) and the ambiance from customers thru wait staff to busboy was a friendly, efficient, get-er-dun vibe. You simply can't do without the yeast rolls with lightly-cinnamoned butter, either!

I wish I could leave 0 stars, called in a to go order, waited 45 minutes in the parking lot. 3 different employees came out and asked the name for my order 3 different times. Never got my order and no employee came back out to check. Terrible serviceEnded up going to outback and got my order in about 20 mins.

We're thankful for the yearly honoring of U.S. Veterans, and we'll keep coming back for that reason. However, last night's 12 oz. Forth Worth ribeye was a pretty poor cut of beef. Too thinly cut, and more waste (fat, grizzle) than I'd accept if I picked it out at the grocery store. Everything else about the visit was very good. Stacey at the bar was on top of everything, without breaking a sweat. Service was quick, the cook on the steak was correct. Atmosphere was pleasant.

The food was great! My steak was exactly how i asked for it, medium rare. I was happy with the seasoning, and the vegetables weren't soggy and overly salted. It was very yummy!Staff was attentive and very professional.Great first time experience. Thank you!
