What an absolutely horrible experience. We went to celebrate a birthday, service was awful! It took an hour to get appetizers which all came out barely warm. Took another 30 minutes to get our food, watched our food get served to a table that came in 20 minutes after us. Two of the dishes were already being eaten before they realized they had messed up. So all of our food was brought back to the kitchen for another 10-15 minutes while they remade two plates. All except for the two remade dishes were cold and unappetizing. We brought it up to the waitress and all she said was sorry, didn’t offer to do anything to fix the problem. This waitress was unfortunately training someone as well. We will never go back money wasted on awful food and service!!

Visiting the area and decided to stop in for dinner. We don’t have TGI Fridays back home anymore and this store definitely reminded me of how good the food was. Our server Kara was so nice and gracious! We will definitely return if we visit the area again!

They changed the menu again and many of our favorites are now gone. I can't see how they can expect to stay in business with these decisions. I can see why the parking lot was empty on a Friday night at dinner time. We left without eating.....so sad ?

Hostess and wait staff were attentive and personable. Mom and I always order the sizzling chicken and shrimp. We are in the stripes club and get chips and salsa free.The food came out quickly and was hot and delicious! The only thing missing was the shrimp. We let Tammy know and the kitchen whipped them up for us. Overall, the food was delicious and the service was great! Thanks Fridays!!!
