Marsh walk is a great way to walk off a meal and see a bit of the marshes. Don't miss Goat Island behind Drunken Jacks. The walkway is clean and easy to traverse. It is a great place to walk before or after enjoying the many restaurants and bars along the marsh walk. It is also a great way to acclimate to the area to find out what is available to do on the inlet.
Love love love this place!!! Before moving down to the area, we always enjoyed eating at the restaurants on the inlet and walking the piers... It's so wonderful to live near somewhere so beautiful Oh and the goats on the island are the best!
Unique boardwalk among the marshes of the inlet. Wooden boardwalk, easy walk for all abilities. Several scattered benches to sit and enjoy people watching. Several restaurants attach to boardwalk so bar hopping is easy. We hear it is a great place at Christmas. Santa is at the end of pier at Christmas. Worth an afternoon stroll.
