This must be the worst Wendy's in the country...People working there were rude today February 22 2024 at around noon...slow slow service...dirt everywhere and then no Fish Sandwiches which are advertised...line at counter was more than eight people and no one happy about the situation...it keeps getting worse for the past few

The food was decent. We waited a long time for our food. There was no leadership in the building. Everyone did what they wanted. Store needs a good manager to take control of the store.

This is my local Wendy's that I have been visiting 17+ years.Its okay but always hit or miss.You may get a good burger at one visit be it inside or late night drive thru then a not so good burger the next visit.The baked potato is always hot and good!Most of the staff are so very nice, truly super nice then you have the one who some days does not look to be very happy.I do miss the meat quality of years past but that all changed with the push for low saturated fats in food many, many years ago, anyone remember the 70's commercial based around how juicy the Wendy's burgers were, so juicy you needed extra napkins... That was then, this is now.I do hate the touch drink machine at this location, last visit was out of everything NOT diet. Many times no ice, please toss that machine in the trash and go back to regular drink machine.That touch drink machine is a bit "germy" touching that along with everyone else prior to eating is a turn off.This Wendy's is okay, I will continue to visit every now and then but not often. I'm glad it has a late night drive though but I will admit out of all the other fast food places in Murrells Inlet Wendy's is my last choice, however that all changes after midnight now that everything closes early and I am thankful I can grab a late night burger but be prepared for a slow long line.This Wendy's is what it is, okay but so much room for improvement but that was the case 17 years ago as it is today. Nothing changes, always middle of the road, 3 out of 5 stars....

Order loaded nacho chicken sandwich with a dr. Pepper. I received a coke with a fried chicken patty between two buns. No sauce, no cheese, not even mayonnaise. Took 15 minutes and everyone was just standing around talking.

I will only come here if the line is short, because of how long I know that it takes if the line is longer than just a few cars. With that being said, I usually have a pretty good experience. However, it is disappointing when you get home just to see that they forgot a burger. My order wasn't difficult, 2 of the exact same Biggie Bag meals, even down to the sauces and drinks. I don't know what is/isn't being translated in the back, but a $12 order shouldn't be missing the most important item of the whole meal.
