This is the best Zaxby's in the Myrtle Beach area the Staff is fantastic and very knowledgeable the store is very clean and well organized the food is fresh and the service and staff at fast and friendly the other locations are slow cold food and rude the portions at other stores are very small compared to the Murrells Inlet location this is the only Zaxby's that I will visit five stars in my opinion

They had me wait in a parking spot for 20+ minutes and somehow forgot about my order and I only ordered one thing. Multiple people behind me got their food. I had to ask for a refund and go somewhere else.

This location is one of the best locations I have seen in MB. The staff is very friendly and the food is so fresh. They don't do one car at a time, they keep the drive through moving. I will continue to drive the distance to deal with this location ?

I ordered 2 club sandwiches for myself, upon receiving the food, it was not only cold, but missing my cheese and bacon that comes on this sandwich. So I politely asked if they could fix this issue, not only did Raymond give me an attitude, he made it seem as if it were my fault, even though it says club sandwich on the receipt, still tried to charge for the cheese and bacon. Not only was this insulting, but I had already spent 15 dollars on 2 sandwiches that weren't even correct! I finally got my sandwiches with the cheese and bacon that comes with it, and it was the same two sandwiches, with ice cold cheese and bacon. If I could rate 0 stars I would. Very disappointed.

I'v gotten food from this location plenty of times since it opened and never had a problem until tonight. I ordered a grilled cob salad with no cheese. I got a cob salad with no cheese, no eggs, no bacon and very little grill chicken. Funny thing is I had to pull up and wait for this. I ordered around 830 and I was very disappointed when I got to work and saw what a pitiful salad they gave me. I paid almost 12 bucks for a $5 salad....smh.
