It would be better if the employees that worked the counter didn't get confused so easily. Also asked if I could get change for a $20 fun thx way out and wonder refused which isn't surprising. It seems the hospitality in this town is fading fast.

Nice addition to Broadway at the Beach. Standard Ben & Jerry's. You will encounter a line and inflated prices. The customer service is basically non existent, but they get the job done.

The 2 younger girls working were hustling, however the, I’m assuming manager, was just watching them in between taking payments. Took about 30 minutes to get a cone.

Two milkshakes.. both were meh. It was flavored milk with a straw. Daughter had a kid cup of ice-cream, she did enjoy it, that is why I am giving 2 stars. Wasn't worth the price at all, even given its location. I was disappointed as was my husband.

The guy who waited on me would not follow the directions to my order so by the time he gave me my ice cream it was a melting mess!

Clean store but could use more than 2 small tables and 4 chairs. Counter girl didn’t seem very pleasant but it was early and maybe she was just having a bad day. Or she could be like me… not a smiler. No harm no foul. I hate when ppl tell me to smile. Ice cream was good. I can’t find my NY Super Fudge Chunk anywhere in NE Phila anymore.

Always a great variety of flavors of ice cream as well as dipped chocolate waffle cones. This location will always be a must have while at the Broadway with the family. I will always have their banana split.
