Horrible experience. Went in to get ice cream, my best friend went to the front to grab a water and decided to grab it after we got our ice cream because the employees were in the back. Got her ice cream and went outside and sat on a bench to eat (after purchasing 2 waters at checkout), where an employee walked out and found us and accused my friend of taking money out of the tip jar. All she did was look at the waters, which are directly by the register, but decided to wait because we had to wait on the employees to come out to the front anyway . The employee followed us OUTSIDE by the water and went to us on a bench and told us that the manager was watching on the cameras, and if she took something out of the tip jar that she would know about it. If the employees would have been out by the ice cream in the first place, them she would have been able to show them she was trying to grab a water in the first place. To follow us outside without any factual evidence of her “taking anything” is absolutely insane. Completely unprofessional, will never be back here again.

***Late post from my Oct 2023 East Coast trip*** ***This review is for my arrival in front of the shop only*** After my arrival at Broadway At The Beach, I walked into the welcome center. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. I asked for some recommendations as it was my first time visiting. They named a few shops and restaurants. One of them was Ben & Jerry's (B&J's). I LOVE B&J's! My favorite flavors are Chunky Monkey and Cherry Garcia. I've never been to an actual B&J's ice cream shop. This was my perfect opportunity to do so. I've only eaten B&J's ice cream bought from a supermarket. B&J's was only a few shops down from the welcome center. I was so looking forward to it. When I got to the front door, it was locked. I looked inside and all the chairs were propped up on the tables. I didn't see anyone inside. It was only 1 or 2 PM in the afternoon. They weren't supposed to be closed yet per the business hours posted. I was really bummed. Oh well, I guess I have to look for a B&J's shop in CA one of these days. P.S. I will post photos later. Thanks for your patience.

I got me a chocolate chip and cookies dough ice cream cone, it was big and delicious, service was fast and the server was very nice and professional, thank you for great service and good ice cream
Unfortunately for very busy and popular place ? not so good. Place was mess and dirty. I understand that is busy , but for 3 employees that were there , one should always keep it clean .

We took our kids to myrtle beach/ boardwalk for weekend fun, a few hiccups, but good. Except bem and Jerry's and the big broad with painted eyebrows and the Asian girl. Terrible customer setvice
