This past Thursday I went to this Bojangles but the staff completely ignored me and my father. They didn't greet us or tell us they'd be right with us at all. We waited probably 5 minutes before leaving and going elsewhere.

Always super quick in the morning and my order is always correct. I have been going here for YEARS and NEVER have I paid for sauces. I hate that they charge you for honey mustard now. I wouldn't have to use it on my chicken biscuit if the chicken was not so spicy. The honey mustard always tones it down. I got one sauce and they charged me 55 cents. BOOOOO Bojangles.

The lady at the window was very nice. A great start for my day.
Order food online. Said it would be ready at 525pm. Sat in parking lot until 545pm and finally got the food. Get home 5 minutes away and was missing Honey mustard, fries were cold, chicken on sandwich was thin over cooked and cold. Have had issues with this location several times. Will not be going back again.

I go to this location often, but today, the service was awful!! The drive-thru, station 3, and they were not busy. The female there had an attitude which I noticed, then gave me my food and not my drink, I waited and her manager pointed her back to the window, I explained she did not give me my drink, she sighed and acted like I was putting her out to do her job, after all, I did pay for it. Then she tried to hand it to me with soda on the side of the cup and lid was not completely on there. I did ask her to wipe it off, that really set her off. I asked for the manager who stated she had already spoken to her, so this female needs to go home... lose the attitude, not part of the job.... smh

You guys deserve five stars. The food was exceptionally good. The service was just fine It took a little while to get our food because the line was long. The line was long because the food could. It was definitely worth it and will be back for sure. Keep doing a great job!
