I feel bad about this review because there were only two people working at the time we got our order. However, apparently you can't get tomato on a biscuit at this BK before 11:00 am. Then I opted for a bacon biscuit since I couldn't get one with tomato, to receive a bacon croissant. My husband's order was correct and fine. We were given complimentary hash rounds for our wait which was very kind until we found a hair in them. The coffee was more like brown water and tasted like it had been brewed the day before and had hot water added to it. Again, those two folks were doing the best they could I believe, but we won't be giving them our business in the future.

THIS IS NOT BURGER KING STANDARDS!!! I honestly do not know why or how they are permitted to have the Burger King brand! I went thru the drive thru. There was one employee! She took my order, which was a whopper with cheese, no onions. When I got my meal, the fries were old and cold. The bun was wet and hot to touch. When I checked under the buns, there was old cheese on top of old lettuce, on top of new lettuce, on top of new cheese. I asked her, was this microwaved? She said yes but they are just as good.? $15 for a large meal that I threw it away, out of fear I would get sick! THIS RESTAURANT IS NOT UP TO SANITATION CODES AND STANDARDS! IF YOU GO THERE YOU ARE RISKING BEING SICK!! NO WAY WILL I EVER GO BACK!!!!

If I could give a zero I would have. We came in about 9:45 pm. I placed my order. As I stood back and waited for my order. I watched as the only person working the back line fill orders who was struggling by the way, slam food orders on the counter including my burger. I look at a guy on the dish line keep looking over at her not offering help or anything and there were people in dining room who ordered before me who still hadn't received their food. So, I walked over to the Cashier and asked was the guy on dishes the manager and she said yes, I preceded to walk back over to him and asked could he help her cause she was struggling to get out drive thru and dining room orders. When I find out that, that was my burger she slammed down on counter 10 minutes earlier I told the cashier I wanted my money back. The manager than comes to reverse my charges gives me my receipt and writes his name as Bob on the receipt. I than say your name is Bob, why do you have a name tag with Marc on your shirt. He straight lies to my face, removes the name tag while the other dining room patrons where now asking for their money back. The patron says did you see that I said yeah I saw it, he thought I wasn't paying attention because while he was still lying I was asking the other lady who worked there what his name was and she told me Marc and how he spelled it. By then, my Daughter and her friend who had a $60 have now requested there money back. It has now been 3 days and my money is not back on my card and Marc told us it would reverse in 24 hours, I called my card company and they are telling me it will release on the 13th for one because Burger King hasn't released it yet! Never again!

Sat at drive thru window . No one ever said hello,, go away,, nothing. Drove to the window to be told. Go somewhere else, im trying to get ready for lunch??? I left very confused.

I wanted for over 30 minutes for my food and only then after asking for a refund did my food be ready which i refused. The man behind the counter wearing a crown decided to preach religion to me and talk about how my "lack of patience" is why my food was late and why my refund wasn't going through.

If you want your food made correctly and in a timely manner DO NOT come to this Burger King. It is the absolute worst Burger King I’ve ever been to. Save yourself a headache and go to the other MB location.

I worked at Burger King in the 1990s and know the demands of fast food.My family and I walked in to an atmosphere that was Friendly, clean and kind.The manager,as well as staff were accommodating and efficient.We were looking for a steakhouse, but gladd we went for the nostalgic experience.Kudos!

No clue how this location stays open. I have been served one out of the 5 times I've been here. There's a sign that says to pull up to the window. Nobody ever comes to the window. You all need to do something about your staff and management GMDM. Whoever and get it together if you don't want this location to close down.
