A great little place for real Italian food. Excellent bar staff, well prepared, tasty Italian favorites. The calamari was the best I've had outside of RI!

Had an amazing meal at Cafe Vincenzo’s last night. It’s under new management and the ambiance and decor are unlike anything we’ve found in Myrtle. The food and drinks were excellent. Highly recommend the blackberry sage margarita to drink and the Sacchettini as an entree (Porcini stuffed Italian pasta, with mushroom cream sauce, topped with truffles, drizzled with truffle oil). Perfect date night spot!

The ONLY food in all of Myrtle Beach that is actually good. My parents moved down here and we’ve been struggling to find good places to eat… this is the only place we will eat out at. The lower level is faster food and the upstairs is a more formal sit-down restaurant. The lower level is great for kids. HIGHLY recommend.

I was pleasantly surprised at how good this place smelled. All the years I've lived on the block that we'd never come over.Grabbed a Vincenzo's pie, a slice of Grandma's pie, and a jar of Bolognese. The artwork on the walls is interesting. Staff seemed rushed even though only one table was full on the first floor. The centerpieces on the tables needed their batteries replaced. The cashier guy was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I met lots of intriguing people while waiting on our order.I loved the Grandma's pie and the slice of Margherita pie the best.Wheelchair accessibility: There's a bit of a lift into the restaurant from the sidewalk and that makes it kinda tricky getting in when you're in a wheelchair.

"We've visited Café Vincenzo’s in Myrtle Beach for the past two springs, but unfortunately our experience this year didn't live up to our previous visit. The service was still friendly and attentive. However, the pizza quality seemed to have declined significantly. Both pies my family ordered were soggy and lacking in flavor - a real disappointment considering how much we enjoyed them last year. After our meal, I found out the upstairs dining area where we ate is actually separate from the main cafe downstairs, with different ownership or staff. That may explain the difference in food quality between our visits.I'm not sure if it was an off night in the kitchen or a change in management, but the pizza left much to be desired. It's a shame because we had been looking forward to a repeat of our great experience last spring. Unless I hear the food quality improves again, I'll have to cross Café Vincenzo’s off our list of places to return to next year. Maybe stick to dining downstairs or try another local pizzeria instead."
