Do not waste your time with Chilis Carolina Forest. We were sat right away but the server did not come for several minutes after the manager asked us if we had our drink order taken. Once we got our food…. The steak fajitas I ordered were horrible. Nothing like i used to get at Chilis in the past. Not only were they a freakish gray color, they tasted like they had freezer burn. Being in a customer service related industry I am usually very understanding and I hate complaining about food service. The lack of server in the beginning was inexcusable being that the place was dead (it was just after 5p on a Monday).

Baby backs were awesome and the white cheddar Mac and cheese was delicious. Only thing was somehow a charge for games showed up on the bill but we never messed with any games. The bartender/waitress was right by us in the bar area and she knew we didn't play any so she took it off our bill with no issues. I will be back for more ribs.

Went to get take out from this chili's for my family tonight when we got home I realized my husband's surf an turf was missing his shrimp I called up to the restaurant to figure out how the issue was gonna be resolved an Nicole acted like nothing could be done when she went to get the manager on shift I was told I would have to wait because the manager was busy on the floor I told Nicole that was fine an I would wait on the line somebody hung up the phone 10 minutes after waiting an I've been trying to call back but nobody is answering now I spent over $100.00 on 3 meals an 1 appetizer an a salad we won't be coming back an will be going to general manager with my concerns

Bartender was awesome!! Could tell he was busy and had a LOT of tables to tend to on top of the bar, but he busted *** and kept up with us as best as he could. Would benefit from having bartenders focus on the bar only, but im sure staff is spread thin as everywhere else is. Overall amazing service and the food is always on point.

Had a great experience at this particular Chili's. Server was very attentive and helped us all make our afternoon dining more enjoyable than expected. Food was prepared to our liking and delivered in a timely manner. I highly recommend giving this Chili's restaurant a try for your next lunch/dinner experience.
