I came in today with my ESA and the girl that served me seemed upset that I brought him in . She was very short with me and was stingy with the portions and she threw the cup in the bag and push the bag very rudely. I don’t know what her problem was because he is very well behaved and he is ESA certified . Idk maybe she was just having a bad day . The receipt said the name Guinevere . She has dark hair and piercings. She needs a better attitude :)

They often out of something. Last time it was chicken, chips, and pico. This time they're out of guacamole. Enjoy the burritos but going to have to find a new spot. It's hard to get in and out of the parking lot just to find out they're out of what you want very often

The location in Surfside Beach. Had a note on the door. Saying that they were out of multiple items. Drove 30 mins to the location in Conway S.C. they was starting to run out of items. So they started portioning out the food.

Yesterday, I ordered a bowl with extra corn and tomatoes. However, it seemed they were running low on tomatoes as the server only added a sneeze of tomatoes, barely five slices scraped from the bottom of the bin. To make matters worse, they covered the sparse tomatoes with cheese, perhaps hoping I wouldn't notice the lack. Additionally, my bowl arrived without the extra corn I requested. The chicken was disappointingly overcooked, almost burnt to a crisp, imparting a charcoal flavor. Despite the hefty price tag of $13, the portion size was meager, leaving nearly half of the bowl empty. To add to the frustration, they restricted chip availability to online orders only, despite bags displayed on their shelves. The cleanliness of the establishment isn’t all that either, with tables littered with leftover food and chips scattered on the floor.

Imagine ordering a taco, that costs 4 dollars after taxes, and you get 3 pieces of steak on it. What a joke. Awful. Not to mention the entire restaurant is dirty by 12 o clock, with over 6 employees you’d think it could be cleaned. Just do better.

This Chipotle was far and above a better experience than the one near the CoastalGrand Mall. First I noticed that there's a comraderie among the employees. Everybody doing their job and being polite about it. The dining area was clean and from the time I picked up a condiment to the time I returned, someone had been over and removed the empty ones and straightened everything up. The food and chips were great and the portions were generous.
This is my second time here in the last week and both time the portions have been very small. I got a chicken bowl and asked if that was all the chicken he could give me and he told me “it’s a 4 oz portion” but all they do is spoon it in and eye the portion. Not satisfied with the portion, I asked for double and the second scoop was less than the first. This is not an issue I’ve experienced at other chipotle’s. Also got a side of queso and the cup was just barely halfway filled. This is ridiculous for an $18 bowl of rice. I also had to ask for double on all the free toppings because he was just putting small pinches of them. Do better management. Don’t think this is a with the guy serving me and he was just doing what he was told.

This is my second time here in the last week and both time the portions have been very small.
