Second time here, looked for the cow in the window to find it. Delicious ice cream with lots of flavors. Spotless clean inside. Friendly staff. They allowed us to try a few flavors until we found the one we liked most.

Solid ice cream experience with a wide flavor selection and options for milkshakes and sundaes as well. They sell soda as well if that fits your taste better. I can recommend Coastal Creamery with certainty.

Our group came in looking for our sweets fix after dinner. We chose Coastal Creamery after searching the net and seeing their advertisement of homemade ice cream. First and foremost let me say do not assume that the ice cream is homemade as advertised. There are roughly 4 flavors of ice cream located in the far case next to the cash register marked as homemade, but the majority of ice cream that is offered is dipped from a 3 gallon container that has been purchased from an ice cream company or a wholesale food distributor. I had the peanut butter which was not homemade and wasn't impressed. The two scoops that I had were mostly vanilla with small bits of peanut butter and for some reason several large pieces of ice. The 3 kids liked their ice cream as most kids do, but the other 4 adults agreed with me that the ice cream was ok, but nothing special. I will definitely look closely for the labels marked homemade if I decide to return.

Stopped in for a scope of ice cream while visiting myrtle beach. The price was fair and the food was good. Overall we had a great experience and would come back again if/when we visit the beach in the future.
