Ice cream tasted great. My issue is there was 2 workers. One was busting her butt making all of the orders, restocking and being a sweetheart. The other one was lazy and sitting behind the register IN A CHAIR. Simply lazy, it's embarrassing. She sat there and watched her coworker run around trying to keep up with the huge line. Shoutout to the girl working hard, they don't deserve you. To the girl behind the register learn how to smile & be helpful.
Ordered Butter Pecan Ice Cream. Server asked, Do you want Pecans with that??? Well, yes. Otherwise is it Butter Pecan ice cream??? She scooped out some brown ice cream devoid of nuts and placed it on a cutting board. Cut off part of it ( about a third) and placed it back into the bucket where it came from. Picking up orders online in person great experience with staff..Online orders for delivery and the promotions for online staff does not honor...notify store and staff member repeats cakes only..store not very busy..pretty upset happens mainly on weekends...not pleased..maybe more staff needs to be there..sorry for this review but I am a steady customer and refers customers .
