Update to Review: I don't usually do this however the response I received to this review is absurd. I'm from the South so don't insult me. I said I was new to the area.....not to the South. WOW is all I can say to the response. I entered the correct address into the online order.....read the receipt you emailed to me as it was the correct address on the receipt. You got it wrong....NOT ME!!! Nice that you would blame the customer. The person I talked to after the food was not delivered verified my address at least three times. If I was wrong, I would own it....unlike you. Nice way to do business blaming the customer for your screw ups. PEOPLE: Please read below Scotto's response to me. Form your own opinion.I am fairly new the the area and always looking for good take out places. I Googled "good calzones near me" and Scotto's came up first and had really great reviews. I needed delivery because I happened to be without a vehicle last night (05/03/24). I placed my order around 6:30pm and delivery time said 7:15 which was reasonable. Got a text when order was on the way and estimated delivery time of 7:20...again reasonable. I watch out the window because I have a dog that goes nuts when someone rings the doorbell. 7:24 I get a text saying my food had been delivered. NOPE!!! It certainly had not been delivered or at least to my address. I called Scotto's to let them know. Found out they use a 3rd party service to deliver. They do NOT disclose that when you order on their website from anywhere that I saw. With that being said, I was on the phone with them for no less than 30 minutes (holding) waiting for them to figure out what happened and how they would remedy the situation. At one point they said they could remake it and I could pick it up. I told them if I wanted to pick it up I would have done that in the first place. They finally came back on and said they were remaking and found a driver to deliver it. They wanted my address again so I gave it to them and they had to nerve to ask me where that was. GPS it...it's 2024. I'm literally about 2 miles from them. I get a call about 30 minutes later from "UBER" and the guy asked me for my address. Scotto's had given him the wrong address and he had to key it into his GPS as I was giving it to him. I finally got my calzone at 8:30 and it was barely warm. Food may have been good if it were hot...I'll never know. Will not be ordering from this place again and wouldn't recommend it. Seems like they don't have a clue what they are doing. Welcome to the new way of doing things. Just another broken system. Screw up an order and blame it on the 3rd Party Driver. If you can't get it right...don't offer delivery. Not a good first impression.

Their meatballs are delicious and the pizza is great, but the cashier didn’t think it was important to thank a customer who spent x amount of money which pays her salary. I don’t recommend the garlic knots unless you want a mouthful of greasy butter.

When I say this pizza is touched by Zeus himself, it is that godly. Their wings? Incredible. Family owned. Great atmosphere. Great options. Great location. If I had the option to save their pizza and a fish from a burning building, I’ll save the pizza. All day. Everyday. No complaints. Scottos or you’re wrong.

Service was great as 8 of us just dropped in on a Sunday afternoon. We each ordered and had all of our orders quickly and at about the same time. Pizza was good.
