This was 100% a fun experience! The food is insane and feels like it was taken out of a kids TV show—it was definitely good, full of sugar, and hilarious watching it come to the table and saying “This is huge!”The wait was not long at all. We came during a rush shortly after opening and were seated within 10 minutes. The only issue was the space given to customers who had to wait. There was limited seating, and those who had to stand were constantly in the way of entrances/exits or waiters moving about.If you order a regular size Crazy Mason, you get to keep the cup. The wash station was crowded because there was only two sinks available and it was a little bit difficult to get the cup fully clean in a fast manner.Despite that, this is a nice memory of the family to keep and look back on. Expect to spend around $16 per person, be in and out within 30-45 minutes, and ready to take a sugar nap! We ordered a s’mores mason, a cookie dream mason, a banana split mason, and an acai bowl—everyone loved them.

The Mason jar creations are incredible and the flavor options are endless!Parking: Even if the parking lot fills up, the mall parking lot is nearby and can park 1000s of cars.

Fun little spot with great milkshakes! They even have gluten free and dairy free options! If you are celebrating an event, you can get HUGE sparklers in your milkshakes! You also get to keep your Mason jar! They have a jar cleaning station.

This is the place to go when you have a need for something sweet. There are too many choices to choose from. A plus is some things come in a Mason jar which you can keep. Service was also great. I like the way you can be seated and then ordered and served. Definitely check this place out!

What an amazing ice cream experience! Fun for all ages!! The atmosphere is great and staff friendly. Take your pick of any ice cream! You can't go wrong. This is the second one I have been to, and I love collecting the mason jars from different states. Each state has their own signature ice cream in a mason jar. Amazing. Check them out and enjoy!
The desserts they have here are pretty extravagant and large. I found it hard justifying coming here because I'd never be hungry enough to eat so much ice cream, but I finally made it late at night. They are very well made and delicious and better than any other dessert place I've been to. The service is what is lacking as they have mostly teens working here. I waited around 15 minutes after finishing before having to flag down my server to get the check. They never once came to check on us either. Hopefully they can train the staff better to do more than just take the order and bring it to you.
