It's craaazy how one store can be SO slow ALL the time and STILL get 1/3 if not my whole order wrong. The people are nice enough but that doesn't make up for the amount of money that goes down the drain from coming here. When my partner orders I don't even bother 95% of the time cause my stuffs either wrong, sour, missing or cold. It feels like winning the lotto just to get everything right. We went through the drive thru the other day and it took 25 minutes! There was 5 cars in the drive thru?? And our drink still managed to be horribly sour. Today? They were faster sure but were either drinks right? No. They need new management that is able to handle a store. At this rate the only thing they can stay relatively consistent with is the sandwiches.

Went in around 630 pm and purchased a half dozen donuts and they were as fresh as can be !!! This is the best Dunkin location in Myrtle Beach !!!

I was a walk in customer this morning after standing at the counter for at least 5min I asked if I could place my order, I was told by the young lady (I don’t work the register) and most people use the drive thru. Then the basement dwelling X-box kid come over and just looked at me with that what the hell do you want look on is face. I feel like I’m beating a dead horse when I say the majority of today’s young generation just flat out sucks. This kid probably has a room full of appreciation trophies.Shame on you Dunkin’ Donuts for not doing a better job on monitoring your employees.

This place is busy busy busy all the time. Drive thru was backed out of the parking lot. They do a good job at getting you in and out, but expect a little wait.Parking: Small location, so at busy times, it might be a little difficult to park. Especially when drive thru is backed up.

Lady at the drive through this morning taking orders was by far the rudest!! I've never felt like I was bothering someone to do their job before but I did this morning. I repeated my coffee an I get this everyday never had someone correct me but she did and had to add on the "Jesus Christ" comment when she was done. I said I'm good on that an drove off. I went to another Dunkin who did not correct me and got my coffee the way I asked for it and was not corrected a making very unnecessarily comments. If you don't like your job ma'am go somewhere else because you give them a bad look with your horrible customer service!
