Chips and the two kinds of salsa were great. The food was bland, no flavor and some items on our order were missed. If you mess up a taco twice you shouldn't be in the mexican food business. There were a lot of staff members hanging around doing nothing. Our waitress said the kitchen didnt want to work today and wanted to be lazy and go home. Not a good dining experience.

Visiting from Pittsburgh, and lovers of mexican food! We found el cerro and decided to stop in. Friendly staff & waitresses. White queso cheese dip, always a must, and the enchiladas were amazing! 10/10 would come back, thanks for having us!

June 4th 2022- I was not thrilled with this restaurant at all. For starters, the waiter only brought 2 of the 3 plates out. The third person in our party had to wait over 5 minutes before hers came (which was a salad... like come on!) In the meantime, the two of us who got our food realized our orders were wrong.. (not the protein asked for and an abundance of sour cream that was not even supposed to be on the plate.. I let it go because I didn't feel like waiting for a new dish.) The service was just horrible!! And the food wasn't great either... I got a chimichanga and it had absolutely no flavor to it, I've had better frozen ones! The burritos were greasy and flavorless as well... If you're in the area, I would definitely look somewhere else! Oh and the bill was almost $60 for 3 people.....

Always enjoy the food here that what keeps me coming back just customer service needs a little work so today I called my order in and was charged extra for chips they give you for free at the table I always tip heavy even if I am taking it to go but they didn't get a tip today they can take the chip money for there tip

Service was okay. The manager at least touched table to see how we were doing. The food was disappointing. Had the chicken mango quesadilla and beef chimichanga. The guacamole had no flavor whatsoever and the rice didn't have any seasoning. Food was bland I don't think I'd come back to try anything else
Group of 6 of us chose this location for lunch. I ordered the fajitas and to make them vegan they omitted the flesh and substituted with more vegetables, substituted the rice and beans that both have pig fat in them with lettuce, fresh tomatoes and guacamole, and tortillas had animal products so ordered with corn tortillas, hold the sour milk/cream. Server was already familiar with what was/was not vegan so that was super helpful. Salsa was bland but chips plentiful. My friends liked the food well enough, but not enough to come back. This chain needs to offer more vegan options. Service: 5 stars Value: Average (average portion size for price) Taste: 3 stars

Food usually tastes good. Just your typical mexican food. However they will ALWAYS leave something important out of your to go order. Just be prepared to not receive the correct order. I think the last 2 times I've ordered a fajita I didn't receive tortilla wraps. In our last order we didn't get salsa with our chips. Just be prepared for those kinds of things. They happen every time we have tried to order take out.

They have take out menus with different prices then the inside menus. The take outs are cheaper but charge you for the inside menus. They won't honor the take out menus. They never get the orders right on takeout..

They have take out menus with different prices then the inside menus. The take outs are cheaper but charge you for the inside menus. They won't honor the take out menus. They never get the orders right on takeout..
