Let me start off with saying I strongly dislike leaving bad reviews …Unfortunately this is a 1 star review ..walked in, seated quickly nobody here , menu was straight forward .. daughter ordered 4 tacos and food came out with hair in it .. ok stuff happens I get it … I also ordered an additional 20 shrimp tacos for my 4 other kids and me and my wife ..shrimp tacos barely had any shrimp .. the whole time somebody’s son was watching a horror film in the dining room and it was very loud ..waitress didn’t make sure we all had napkins … and when we went to the bathroom we looked at the cooking area and it looked like someone’s furnished apartment .. bathroom cleanliness was 8/10 .. only ok thing .. just really disappointed 140$ later.. sorry for this but it is true

It’s a small dine in Authentic Mexican restaurant, it was pretty busy the day we went . They don’t have a huge selection big food on the menu but overall the food was very delicious and our waitress was very attentive and nice . Unfortunately they did not have aguas (fresh fruit waters)they just had regular soda or Jarritos(the glass fruit sodas). I’m not sure if they do serve them or not but they was not available that day . It was a little pricey for the food but it’s near the broadway tourist area so I’m not surprised.Parking: Parking is on a busy rode and there is not much parking spots .

My daughter and visited El Ray Del Tacos last night for dinner. I will preface by saying I should have reviewed them before now. We both had the Birria Tacos with a side of chips and guacamole. I also had a cold fresh large Horchata to drink. Marbella was my server. She is always so sweet, efficient and helpful!!.. The Birria is absolutely perfection and the guacamole is so fresh. I have tried several of their dishes in the past and am never disappointed . It is such a quaint place in a quiet area of Myrtle Beach off the beaten path. If you enjoy Mexican food this is your place to go… Gracias “El Ray”..???❤️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

If you’re looking for real authentic Mexican food, look no further! We had the empanadas, pork spare ribs in green sauce and the 7 mares soup. Everything tasted delicious! The tortillas are homemade fresh and the service was superb! Drink the maracuyá water, your taste buds won’t disappoint you!! Yum

I wouldn't recommend this place for anything. The stuff they call salsa literally looked like dirty water.To the owner:Thank You for responding but when I asked the waitress about the salsa she said that was the only kind they serve. It wasn't salsa, it was nothing more than water with cilantro. The birria tacos we're supposed to have onions and cilantro but they were just a small amount of meat with A LOT of cheese.

We didn't have a good experience. We paid $30 for 3 tacos, which I expected to be a regular sized taco but they were street tacos, and a Carne Asada!! We ordered it to go, which took about 20-30 minutes. I had to make food at home since the tacos were just a snack for me. The carne asada was supposed to come with beans and my husband literally only had bean juice in his container. I was so disappointed.
