I ordered a steak and cheese sub, the only sub I eat from there. And it was so nasty. Had fat and gristle all in the meat. The meat doesn't even look like steak. Looked more like roast beef. The cheese barely melted. I paid over $12 for a sub I feed to my dogs. I won't be going back to firehouse ever.

Stopped by to try there Italian subs for the first time. Loved the inside of the shop all fireman's gear on the walls etc I wasn't sure where to order and a customer told me your in the pickup line you go over there to order my fault the sign was hanging from the ceiling 'order here' I just didn't see it but on placing my order the young guy was really pleasant The subs were awesome very fresh and tasty not to mention the pickle on the side!

My bread was hard and unevenly cut and not made according to the way I asked ( which was also printed on the ticket )

Ordered 3 subs over the phone for pickup. Added on arrival because it was the IF YOUR NAME STARTS WITH (a letter) you get a free sub... COOL! Told the young boy at register ID like to add another sub to the order because my name was .... they made the 4th sub as he gave me the total .... which included the cost of the 4th sub, which was supposed to have been no charge. I pointed this out. . But he didn't know how to refund the charge... It's not a huge deal...the other employee who was there, presumably a manager, intervened in total confusion... I stated my name fit the promo.... adding that if it was easier, I'd just take a 5th sub at no charge... not the biggest deal in the world, but one would think that the younger employee would 1) know the daily promo and 2) be aware of how to address the simplest of issues. He obviously knew neither.There's a reason I frequent other sandwich shops in the area... and this is a prime example. ?
