Greeted upon entering. Friendly service. Patient with my slowness of paying. Every machine is different. Remembered to ask for my account details. The food was prepared in a perfect amount of time. The New York Steamer was delicious as usual. The Cajun chicken was excellent as well. Love the pickle spears. Chips and soda completed the meal. The establishment was clean with great music playing in the background. Definitely will return again in the near future.

One has the option to build their own sub, choose from one of the quality subs on the menu and/or a salad and sides. Simple functional interior with counter ordering, padded metal chairs and booths done up in a firehouse motif. Our Firehouse Hero was a heaping mouthful of premium roast beef, smoked turkey breast, virginia honey ham, melted provolone, sliced tomato, lettuce and mayo on a toasted wheat sub roll. A pickle spear is a plus and adding a drink and chips and you have a meal. Dining area was clean, staff friendly and food prompt and made to order.

This establishment doesn't support local athletes in the community with a discount or special when trying to order food for them to eat as they traveling to play a game. Poor management

Two weeks ago I gave them 5 stars on a visit..Today 2 stars. Place was dirty, staff didn't greet me..& the Sub was soggy with meat separated instead of layers...Didnt enjoy my visit at all..

I love firehouse subs..in Florida apparently. I have come to this location 3 times, they got my order right 1 time. Was particularly disturbed when asked to leave a tip, when I said not this time, received a severe attitude and she promptly went back and told the guy making my sub I didn’t leave a tip. He looked a little confused but did turn and look at me. I don’t mind leaving a tip when greeted warmly and when my orders are correct, but none of those things had happened yet. I won’t be going back, very sadly.

Omg where do I start? I’ll just tell you about the hook and latter that’s a meal alone they pile the meat high and cheese just drips out of both sides. That is one awesome sandwich. They really do their sandwiches right they are more than just a deli. Give them a try you won’t be disappointed.

We had a large catering order we placed and they did not disappoint! Wonderful service and quality subs! Our party of 60 was very happy!

Firehouse Subs in Myrtle Beach has a super accommodating staff! From Paula who took my order to Scott who helped me take everything to the car. They helped me feed 40 hungry baseball players with less than 24 hours notice. I think the price is super reasonable. And boys were happy that they could head straight home! A+++++ staff.

Slow and sandwiches were not made to order. Drive thru took 30 min to order and make it to the pickup window. Super slow. I order two sandwiches. Both came out wrong. The receipt was correct but that did not translate to the sandwiches.

Firehouse has always been a great option for me and my girlfriend. We usually order Togo and eat by the river. The Hook and ladder sandwich (no onion add chopped pickle) is by far her favorite while I like the meatball sub (add pepperoni) they always have great staff and great food! 9/10 would recommend.
