We haven't been to Friendly's in a bit but decided we wanted something different. The place was kinda empty and had a musty smell. It took a while for our server to come by, but she was ready to take orders when she did. We gave drink and food orders. We waited no more than 5 min and had our food. The food was fresh and hot. The server kept coming by to ensure we had drinks. The kids got their ice cream, which came with their meals, but we noticed after we had been charged for the ice cream. Overall the food was good but it was pricey for a family to eat sandwiches. The free ice cream that cost me $10 wasn't finished. Great for a one-time tourist stop but not so much for those of us who live here.

Forced $30 gratuity on me. When I asked where this was at they held up the Red menu red label faded white lettering about parties over 6 having to pay $30 more then ask for a tip? Yah no...your forced gratuity IS your tip dear. Food good. Service good. But don't force me to pay a gratuity just bcuz I had 1 extra person. Yah no. Guess that grilled cheese was too much.

Everything was delicious. Server Julianna was very friendly. We got chicken bacon ranch quesadillas, kids franks & macaroni, and kids cheeseburger sliders with macaroni. The kids menu had a lot of options, and all of our meals included sundaes! Prices were very reasonable compared to other places we have been on this trip. We will definitely be back!

Went in for take out ice cream, staff was unresponsive, showed no interest in coming over to greet me or attempt to take my order. After waiting around and seeing no one showing any interest in offering to take my order, I walked out.Poorly run, I'd avoid a trip here.
