I was going to reply to this business on Facebook, but seeing how they have now blocked me for kindly (never rude, or snarky like them) voicing my concerns to them, I will leave this here. I visited this location with my sister June 23rd 2018. I did not like my experience at all as you can see in my original FB post. Instead of apologizing, they have made up DHEC policies instead of just saying "it is our house rule, we are sorry for how u were talked to." Also after my review went up, a strange amount of employee and random people began reviewing this location, which seemed sketchy at best considering I was maybe their 3rd review on FB. Anyway, I decided to do some digging and could not find a policy and neither could the health inspector or the lovely DHEC employee who replied to my email. As a business owner and RN, I understand and respect policies and I am great at looking them up, but I cannot understand why they didn't just apologize and say it was a house rule. No where else we went that night mentioned it, which is what made me do the digging in the first place. You do not yell at customers no matter what the circumstance and I stand behind that statement in my original post. They have contradicted themselves in their posts and have ingenuine apologies aimed at me and not for me.

We have always enjoyed going to this ice cream shop when in Myrtle Beach. Everyone is so friendly and read to help you out. This place has the most flavors of soft serve ice cream it's always hard to choose which one you are going to get. If you are on the boardwalk in Myrtle Beach I encourage you to stop in and get some wonderful ice cream.

We were on the boardwalk for lunch Friday, Oct 12. Stopped here and were very pleased. Staff was attentive and courteous. We had chicken fingers and burgers. Better sit down food than we had at some places farther inland, and generous servings. We brought the leftovers home and had for lunch the next day. My daughter had the soft serve mango and really liked it. We will definitely make a point to stop at Iggy's the next time we are at Myrtle Beach. Don't miss this gem.

Little hole in the wall, they have over 120 soft serve flavors! We had dipped peanut butter cheesecake !!!! Almost heaven on a stick.

We went in because we saw the 144 flavors of soft serve. Which is completely crazy right???? How does one place have so many flavors? It seems like they mix the flavors using syrups. And they have recipes for different flavors. And then put it in their soft serve machine. The flavors did seem to taste like what we ordered. But the ice cream seems to have melted faster than other soft serve places. I'm guessing because of the added syrups? I do have to say the service was good. They were very attentive to helping out customers.

Came out of the Gay Dolphin and wanted something cold. We stopped at Iggy's on a whim and were pleasantly surprised. Best Italian Ice we've had.

We happened on this little place and now it is a must visit. They have 144 flavors of soft serve and around 30 scoop flavors. Great place to sit and watch the ocean waves.

Iggys serves Hershey's ice cream which I had never had before. It was so great! Great flavours and very high quality! Loved it, thanks Iggy!
I was unable to check the Yelp reviews before I came here and boy, I wish I was able to because I agree with several previous reviews...I did not like my order at all! After walking on the beach and boardwalk, I was craving ice cream! Stumbling on this place seemed like I hit the jack pot because they serve over a 100 flavors of soft serve ice cream. I felt overwhelmed with all the choices I had so I asked the server for recommendations or which ones were popular. I got a sense that he didn't even know which flavors were good and was not very helpful. Maybe he was a new employee? I decided to go with Mango Cheesecake (since mango is my go to!!) But they also don't provide samples of the soft serves so I just hoped it was delicious. Unfortunately, I was so wrong and disappointed. It tasted SO artificial. But not even like artificial mango or artificial cheesecake. I was so confused at what I was eating and it totally did not meet my expectations! Sad to say it did not satisfy my craving for ice cream :( I was probably better off just buying ice cream from the grocery store.

Ride and impatient blonde girl at the window took out order. There were many ice cream places to choose from, but we stopped here because it said many soft serve flavors. We should've raised our eyebrows when they had a list of hundred flavors. My husband ordered peanut butter chocolate and it tasted like vanilla. My son ordered fudge chocolate and it tasted like vanilla. $14.75 later we wondered why we were overcharged $3 ? Since we got no receipt we did not know . Beware

Soft serve flavors were terrible. Didn't taste like anything. Cheap ingredients. They also offer for your cone to be dipped...but my husband asked for banana soft serve dipped in chocolate and they told him they're not supposed to dip flavors.
