The food was great and the people were nice but, the cleanliness of the bathroom was not good at the time I entered. Very disappointed! It was a pleasant start. We were greeted and seated as soon as we walked in the door. Our server promptly took our drink order and we received it immediately, I needed a little more time to view the menu, she gave us the time we needed and returned, took our order. At this point everything was going well. They were quite busy, and we expected a longer wait. About 10 minutes later, we noticed a couple were seated close by. Our server took their order promptly as well. Quite a while later while later we noticed that couple were served their food by our server. Our server probably should have approached us and said you're food should be out soon. Even more time went by. Finally our food came out and I asked the server what happened to our order? She acted like she didn't understand my question. I said did our order get lost? She said No, the kitchen was busy. Then we said people who came in a good 10 minutes after us, have their food before us? She replied "Oh, the orders came out at the same time." "So, you serve them first?" She told us they were a different section. My order was missing toast. She said it would be up in a minute. The food was hot and tasty, that was good. I finished my eggs and potatoes, still no toast. I finally, got my toast and it was burnt. She kept blaming the kitchen. It was obvious the kitchen was keeping up, the people around us were getting their meals in a reasonable amount of time. We grew tired of her excuses.

Both my husband and myself ordered omelettes, there were items added to the omelets that weren't supposed to be in it. 4 slices of bacon cost $5. It's a great place to eat and good comfort food but it's pretty pricey. My husband also got a side of hash browns, and it was a rather small portion.Vegetarian options: There's a good amount of vegetarian options available.Dietary restrictions: You can find out dietary restrictions online at the website or ask an employee.Parking: We went during a slow period but there are several other businesses on site, and I can see how easily the parking lot will be filled if it is a busy time.Kid-friendliness: Decent kids size menu. Good options available.Wheelchair accessibility: I believe there were two or three handicap spots available. There is also a handicap ramp available as well.

Server was very attentive.Food was great and fresh tasting.But I was suppose to get breakfast sausage with my order choice that didn't come on the dish so had to ask for it. Then they brought out my pancakes, they had hair on them. So had to have them bring me different ones.

Bob was my waiter and he was awesome. Great customer service and good attitude. He had patience and was very kindhearted. He made sure everyone was comfortable and made sure the food came out right. The manager of the facility was always very kind.

Literally a waste of $50! I was better off going to the one in N Myrtle Beach. My daughter omelette was burnt and my omelette had no cheese sauce at all. Driest omelette I ever had. Oh and they served me grits a cup! 0/5 wouldn’t recommend it i could give zero stars I would !

My wife got food poisoning from this location yesterday march 31 Easter Sunday. We ate there at midday and this is the only thing she had eaten all day prior to getting sick. She had the Colorado Omelette, pancake and water, few hours later she started throwing up ‘nonstop’, diarrhea and nausea between. She went to the urgent care today and they confirm that she did caught food poisoning. Now she has to be out of work for a few days. For a chain restaurant I am very disappointed. Clearly nobody that works in the kitchen has a food handlers certificate. Management needs to do better in monitoring these stuff and doing regular temps checks on cooler/ freezer and making sure there is no cross contamination!!

Came here for breakfast and the place was super packed we waited half hr to be seated which was ok but then we waited an hour and 10 minutes just to get our food despite the waitress coming to the table 3 different times to tell us that the food was really being made now once the food came the waitress forgot our pancakes and hashbrowns by the time she came back with them my mother in law was done eating her meal and the manager could care less she never came to my table once to apologize nor did she offer us a discount for the terrible food pancakes were hard and burnt and she brought me 4 and charged me for 4 despite me only asking for 2 then the waitress told us the cooks were getting mad because she was asking tor too much stuff like hello we are paying customers waiting for food its your job to cook the waitress never even came by once to offer us refills on coffee or our drinks will never come back here again!

Would never go there again! Not too easy or order out! The other night, One server had the whole restaurant 75% full and 'to go' orders to fill and hand out and couldn't do a damn thing but say she was sry and look horrified at what to do next! It was a nightmare! She did it with a half-smile tho, even while customers were walking out not paying for their food, and saying so! Ppl cancelled orders bc of 2 hour waits, etc! While watching all this, I looked in the kitchen and I observed 2 cooks continuing in the kitchen just a-cooking away! More and more plates of food ...and putting them all in the window, while allowing several plates, over 15, to just sit there uncovered and with no heat lamp on them and get colder by the minute! I finally politely asked one of the cooks to please take notice of what's going on out there and to please help the or girl out front. I even offered to help explaining I have done it for years and could help them catch up, to which I was told " no, no. No need for that." I Explained what he wasn't seeing were all the people leaving without paying and without cancelling orders. I pretty much begged him to please stop taking new orders and to just stop cooking, or let the other person handle any for a bit and to please just get the cold food that's prepared, out to the ppl waiting and out the doors to ppl at home! Some doordashers were waiting over an hour and a half! They lost money too... Income! So did that poor waitress. I think everyone lost that night! From what I heard from customers and dashers there, it happens a lot more than not!

I placed an order online. They said they didn’t get it. Proceeded to make me wait an extra 20 minutes for the food and then asked me how I was paying when the order was already paid for made me show my phone as proof that the order was already paid for.
