I just had Chicken Bog for the first time ever today. I ate here, and WOW some of the best cuisine I’ve had since I moved to the area (Myrtle Beach.) Great prices, nice size portions, and the food is made with Love for sure. I highly recommend everyone that wants good home style cooking (especially for Chicken Bog) to go here! You will Love it

Wanted a "home cooked" breakfast before we hit the road to return home and we found this place via google. It had good reviews so we tried it. The restaurant fits the name, it looks like a place locals would come for breakfast, lunch or dinner. The food was very good and cooked to order and the prices were very reasonable. I had the pancakes, eggs and sausage and my wife had a swiss cheese and bacon omelet, both tasted great. Maria our server was great. Highly recommend this place for very good food and very good prices.

Its a tiny diner but it's great to have the small feel when you're in such a busy city. Its off the beaten path but, worth going to. The breakfast choices were great and the food was too. The service was amazing.

Called in an order to go for fried egg and cheese on a roll. Seven minutes later I arrived, paid the very nice young lady my $11.50, and was promptly told that it would “ be a few moments”. There was no one else in the dining room, and I thought, “how long to fry an egg, I called ten minutes ago”. So, I sat, and waited, snd waited some more. Finally, out of the back walks a guy, Mr. Superstar it would seem, (his sense of urgency notwithstanding) dropped an egg on the grill. Now we are at 15 minutes since I called. As I am getting frustrated, I too have a time schedule, hence my pre-order, I watched him rub his hands across his hairdo, and then, I’m an effort to satisfy an what looked like an itch, he rubs his nose with the palm of his right hand. GAME OVER! No gloves? Come on!! They got my $11 and change, as I left with out asking for it back. This place will not get another cent of my money, as I drive by them five days a week. Have a nice day!

The food was really really good. But the waitress is probably one of the worst waitresses I've had in a while. She had no motivation, no personality and she didn't check back or nothing. It was actually the first no tip that I've given and probably 2 years. Such a shame that some people expect the world, but don't have no motivation. No condiments. No hot sauce, no nothing. But nowadays you got to take what you can so they were probably just forced into hiring her. It's the same that you can't be picky. You just got to take what you can get. I pray that the restaurant finds better servers

We traveled from Virginia and ate at a lot of expensive places but this place was the best we have had! Service was great and food was amazing! If you miss this place then you have definitely missed a true gem!

It's a little off the beatin path about 6 min. From the strip but the breakfast was hands down the best my girl and i had on our vacation. It's a cute and quaint resturaunt with clean friendly and quick service portuon sizes left us wanting nothing...i had the locals omlete with grits and 2 amazing bloody marrys she had the steak and eggs with hashbrowns... .all of wich were cooked fresh and to perfection... And onle spent 43 dollars with the 10 dollar tip we left included.... definitely glad we found this place and definately Will be returning again...highly recomend...

This place was awesome walked in for the 1st time the dj gave me a shoutOut which was a really nice welcome ? they aint cheap with the Liquor a shot was more like a double shot? Thank you Locals

Food was ok, but the service was terrible. Wait staff never cracked a smile. Our orders were messed up and when we tried to address it, our waitress was even more rude. We just moved our sister to the area and thought it would be a nice nearby place for her, but she will never dine there again. If you're not a regular you'll not be welcomed or treated well. Save your time and your money. Plenty of other establishments that will treat you with respect.

Food takes an exceptionally long time, and then is not very good :( it's fine but nothing to write home about, bar is nice and location is nice, but don't go for the food. ALSO... VERY OVERPRICED! Not sure why since food is mediocre.
