Even if you order on the app and wait, they will still mess up your order. They will fix what they mess up, but it's inevitable that if you order a custom item, the kitchen staff will not get it right. I was the only one on the drive-thru line. They sent me it was secondary window to wait to get my egg mcmuffin. I waited maybe 5 when an unpleasant, surly employee abruptly open the window thrust his hand at me with my bag of food and close the window. Coffee and an egg McMuffin for$6.50. I guess the attitude was thrown in for free.

We have been coming into this McDonald’s at the Towne Center Pkwy in Myrtle Beach for March 2023 & 2024 for coffee & conversations and gotta say your CSR/Server JOANNE is a very Excellent employee!
