Horrible service! Stood in a long line for over 20 mins! Just to have the guy behind the counter look at the entire crowd/line and say… You all have to leave now! I’m only one guy and you can come back at 9:30pm (it was 8:30pm at the time)! And we were next in line. So he made us wait for home to complete all other orders before telling us to leave! Very rude! Very unprofessional! Will never go back there simply because of the disgusting non-customer friendly service! Peace out Mrs. Rolls! ?

Went in at 6pm and the guy told us he had to make some ice cream and to come back at 8pm. Came back and it was closed. It was kinda funny bc he obviously didn’t want to work and just wanted to close early but still ridiculous

Online said that the store opened at 11 and when we got there and paid for parking the sign said they would open at 12. Being we had a 1 year old it made it a little difficult but we decided to walk around some shops until 12 since we had already paid for parking. After walking around for over an hour, we went back to the ice cream shop. We say a man standing inside so we assumed it was open. Mind you the sign on the door said “closed be back at 12” and the door was unlocked. We walked inside and the man came up yelling at all of us and pushing us out saying “Do you see that sign? It says closed. Can you not read?” And closed the door in our faces as we were trying to ask what time they would open. Will not be returning again simply due to the horrific customer service. 0/10. Wish I could leave 0 stars.

I've always seen these videos on social media, ice cream rolls made by people in other countries. Buy to my surprise, we found these quaint little shop that brought a smile to my face and a sweetness to my mouth. Chocolate ice cream with pineapple and coconut mixed in. Perfect rolls, drizzled with coconut and a slice of pineapple to make it a perfect dessert before heading to the sky wheel and then to lunch at Land Shark, across the street. You can have it your way. You choose your flavors. Doing go to lunch first, you'll never have room for dessert if you do. I love the fact that the young man let me take a video of him making our dessert ?.Thank you. ? the price is on the board as you walk in. BIG BOLD SIGN with the price and instructions on how to chose. Vanilla ice cream can turn into ANY FLAVOR YOU WANT IT TO BE. ? ? ? ? oh, I tell him ahead of time that I have allergies and he kindly made my ice cream on a clean slate. He was AWESOME

I wish there was an option to give a 0 to this shop. They were so unprofessional and rude. There were 2 people working. Only one person was working(male). The other worker(female) was sitting on her phone doing absolutely nothing while the store filled up with customers. Finally, she got up with an attitude and began to help as confused customers walked out. Unfortunately, I was finally assisted after being skipped in line while waiting for over 5 minutes that I had to wait for my order or else I would have been better off skipping the stop completly. I will never visit this place again and wouldn't recommend it either.
