We recently moved to Myrtle Beach SC. We were looking for decent pizza . We were on the Boardwalk and saw a sign "NY Pizza Kitchen" located at 914 N Ocean Blvd, Myrtle Beach. We were pleasantly surprised at how it appeared and tasted.

Recently went in for a large pie with half ham and the other half with pepperoni. After a few min the pie was brought out and it was half ham and half cheese.....no pepperoni the guy at the counter said he would fix the problem. Took it back within 15secs the same pizza was out with a handful of pepperonis that had been heated in a microwave and laid in top of the pizza. I asked to have the correct pie made with the pepperoni cooked into the cheese and they wouldn't do it. Worse customer service iv ever received at pizza that you could train a monkey to make the pizzas that these questions were trying to pass off to customers. NEVER AGAIN FOR US AT NY PIZZA KITCHEN AT 227 MAIN ST N.MYRTLE BEACH.....DONT DO IT!!!!!!!

This place is awful. We ordered $100 worth of food, 4 adults and 2 kids and did not recieve half of the order. When realizing our food was missing I immediately called the restaurant and after ringing for about a minute a man answered the phone, I believe it was the owner. I told him our issue and he says "oh yes I see your food here, but we don't deliver and I can't bring it to you." He was rude and acted as if he could care less. My friend then called the restaurant back and he said he was the only person their and there wasn't anything he could do. He then hung up on her. I finall reached out to my dasher and she said she asked twice if the order was complete before leaving the restaurant to deliver it to us. She said she would go back and get the rest of the order then our chat ended. I called the resturant again telling the man she was coming back to get our items and for him to make new food, as it had been almost an hour, he non-chalantly said ok. I also mentioned he should throw in something extra for the inconvenience this had. Again said ok and we hung up. I'm not sure if the dasher went back to the restaurant or not, but we never received the rest of our order nor a refund for the food. We are locals and there are many other good restaurants in Myrtle Beach. We will never be back

Placed my order for two pizzas online at 7:22pm on 12/31/21 and paid with a credit card. Confirmation from the restaurant said to arrive between 7:37 and 7:52 to pick up my order. Walked in the restaurant at 7:47 to be told rudely "we are closed." I explained I was there to pick up my order that had already been placed and paid for. The lady working at the counter told me that they just closed so I would not get my order (lights were on and the doors were still unlocked). When I asked repeatedly about getting a refund she eventually told me she had voided my order when it first came in (but never bothered to contact me, meaning I wasted a trip into town to pick up the pizza and our dinner plans were ruined). It is obvious this employee was not wanting to work and wanted to close the store early. Management needs to take notice. Terrible customer service and rude employee. I will never support this restaurant again and I encourage others to check out one of the other excellent pizzerias located nearby, instead (I recommend Main Slice). Would give this zero stars if I could. Also, look out for the "support local" charge they add onto online orders. Ripoff!

Me and my girlfriend decided to check this place out for after living here for over a year. We went in and everyone was nice. We ordered our food, I got a cheese burger and fries($10.95) with a bottle of water($2.00). My girlfriend got a slice of pepperoni pizza, cheese fries and a Corona. We waited for a bit but it was busy so we let it slide. We finally got a food and it was pretty decent. When it was time to pay we decided to pay for our own meals. The bill was like 29 something we had it separated. I didn't notice at first so we both handed our cards. It took longer then normal for us to get our cards back. It looked like the waitress forgot. We finally got ours back and I noticed my bill was almost $20 for a cheese burger and fries and bottle water which should had been $13.95 plus tax. I asked about and I was told I was charged 3% for using a card. I didn't see any sign about that anywhere. That's just highway robbery and we will not be returning.
