Tables weren’t bussed and were all icky, when the server came up she didn’t even wipe it off. Paper towel rolls on the tables but no napkins. Batter fell right off the fish. 18% gratuity was added which I get, but they still gave us another tip bill and expected us to tip on-top of that, which makes me think they are trying to scam people. $98 for 3 people and probably the worst meal I’ve had all year. Don’t listen to the other reviews, this place sucked and left me really disappointed.

I was really enjoying this place that is right off the water. I had the fried macaroni and a drink but then a guest lit up a cigarette inside the restaurant and a worker starts smoking right behind us. I did not know places still allowed smoking inside but this completely ruined my experience. Make a designated smoking area if you are letting this happen. I will not be recommending.

I got the seafood platter. It came with Fried Oysters(did not specify how they were cooked), Fried Shrimp, and Fried Flat Head Flounder. The shrimp were advertised as "large" but we just barely bigger than popcorn shrimp and were overcooked. The oysters left something to be desired, personally I do not like them fried and the flounder was a bit over cooked and under seasoned. The best thing on the platter were the fries which I highly recommend. The fried calamari was too salty but the Mac and Cheese balls were pretty good. Also, what kind of seafood place doesn't have hush puppies??

I will not be back. I ordered shrimp platter. It was supposed to be large shrimp, they were not. When I asked the waitress she indicated that because I was using a coupon I was getting it for free so it didn’t matter. The coleslaw came in the same size container that the cocktail came in. When the check came it had an 18% gratuity already added. They charged me gratuity on the tax as well as the food. They allowed people to smoke in the restaurant. I believe second hand smoke is very bad for you.

Everything was great...until we noticed that they automatically charge 18% gratuity (only 2 of us). It's unfortunate because the sever would've gotten st least 20%+ tip if we weren't forced to pay the 18%. They also charged us extra to use a debit card. These are NOT good business practices and, eventhough the food, drinks, service, and atmosphere were all great, I won't be going back and unfortunately must give one star.Parking: You gotta pay to park anywhere around here

Food was very good. Fish was lightly breaded which is great, fries and tarter sause were also very good. Service was great. Only downside I have.. Only 2 of us and bill had an 18% gratuity on it. I normally give 20 to 25 percent, but only gave the 18 due to being on the bill. Tip is earned, not mandatory. I would have subtracted the tip if service was bad.

We just stopped to have a drink while we walked around to see what was downtown Myrtle Beach. This place had a nice Corner location with plenty of seating inside and outside. I thought the staff was very friendly and our waitress was certainly good. So the atmosphere was great and of course the drinks were good and about the right price for this kind of location. I'm knocking down their stars because they add an automatic 18% tip which I believe is wrong, along with a credit card surcharge. Tips should only be given when the service warrants it. In our case Christine was very good so she got about a 40% tip.

Got the fried pickles and seafood platter. Pickles and ranch were okay. Ketchup is just a bunch of packets on the table that were gross and covered in something sticky? Pickles were cripsy fried but just lacked good flavor. Seafood platter was incredibly disappointing for being right on the water. Fish was mush, oysters were disgusting. The shrimp were good and so were the fries. The cocktail sauce was decent but tartar sauce was gross. Asked for lemons and they came out mushy like they’d been out all day at in the bar, not cold either. Overall poor experience and cost $35.

This is our "spot" when we visit Myrtle Beach. The bartenders and wait staff are always friendly and helpful. It's a great place to people watch - buy a drink and sit in the wooden chairs at one of the picnic tables or grab a spot inside at a high top or at the bar. We went several times and had the flounder meme po-boy, the shrimp and crab dip (which is also on the me-me po-boy) and the fried flounder and shrimp plate. The fries are batter fried, crisp and tasty, the flounder and shrimp is lightly breaded so you can still taste the fish, the tarter sauce was perfect and the portions are large for the price. The only thing we weren't crazy about was the onion rings but mostly because there were a few that weren't quite done and just not as crispy as we would have liked - the onion ring sauce helped quite a bit though. We will definitely go back next time we're in Myrtle Beach.
