I am a decorator and I don't understand how someone can say that they have a pastry shop when they have no aesthetics at all to make a cake, my husband wanted to buy a surprise cake for me and it was the worst cake in my 32 years of life. It was a tres leches cake with strawberry filling. The strawberries tasted old, maybe it was a filling prepared three days before! If it is fruit it must be prepared the same day!!! I couldn't even eat a slice because it was so hard to eat! In addition to that, my husband asked for an edible image for the top part, of poor quality and they cut off the head of the character that should go on the top! Please DO NOT buy cakes there, I think dollar general or dollar tree would have better ones if they sell them. Save yourself the bad experience and find a real pastry shop!

Just called to try to order a cake she said she couldn't really hear me so she hung up. I called back twice and was sent to voicemail. Called on a different number and she picked up immediately. Terrible customer service. Will not be using this bakery.

We decided to celebrate my daughter's birthday at myrtle beach. I went with the pictures online while researching. SAVE YOUR MONEY. Im very disappointed i paid $60 for this cake. Not the size she said she sold me. The filling is just jam. Did not taste like tres leche. I was so sad. I did my best to fix the decor. Decor is $10 extra for a sheet of paper on cake. She did see my face when i checked the cake while purchasing did not say anything to me just charged. I expressed it was not what was expected at all. No customer service. Go to publix or else where for cakes.

Don't waste your money buying a cake!! Poorly made, tasteless (three milk, tasted like water), filled with strawberry (it was just jam) it is very expensive for what they give you, it is not the size they say they give you a smaller one... lousy service!!

Ordered a cake for my daughter's birthday during our family vacation. It was soggy and the black lettering on the white and pink cake looked horrible. It would of looked better with pink or gold lettering.

Do not buy cakes here!!!! The birthday cake they made for me was not edible!! It was almost like a sponge soaked in water….it was so wet could not even cut with out it falling apart. Color was so bright pink when I asked for light color. Worst cake and worst smell in the store was nauseated when I left. Worst cake ever!! Was very embarrassed by this cake!!!!!!

Absolutely amazing service and food! I’m lactose intolerant and they helped me figure out what I could have. Highly recommend taking the walk from the beach here!
The service is very bad, call one day in advance, they tell you the time they can deliver the cake and they do not comply with what was agreed.Apart from when it comes to complaining, they act offendedI don't recommend them at all
