Do not order through the ap. I placed a somewhat large order through the ap on 4/1/24. 1) it wasn't ready when the ap said it was and I ended up waiting while people in line were getting their food and leaving. 2) once I got home and opened the containers, one of the containers that was supposed to contain orange chicken and beef and broccoli only had orange chicken chicken on one side and the other side was empty. Seems they ripped us off one entree. I didn't think to open each individual container to check if there was actually food inside, but I guess that's what you have to do. I like that with the ap you get points for your purchases, but if they don’t give you the correct food (or in the case completely leave food out), that seems pointless.

Probably the worst tasting Panda Express I have ever had. Everything tasted “off” and was not fully cooked. We also had to ask them to fill up the plate more because of how little they were giving us.

So my husband and myself have eaten here before but today the chowmein was dry and they refuse to put a little more on his plate. The chicken and mushroom was scarce as well we traveled 200 miles and always stop at panda express but this was our worst experience will not patronize Mrytle beach panda express again oh yes the service was really poor!!!

Everything was out. Empty burnt pieces in the bottom of bowls. Cook was walking around on the phone. I only get super greens, and it was dry and raw. Horrible Panda Express.

Overall, I enjoyed my first time here, I think maybe we just came at the wrong time. I understand the quick aspect of this restaurant, but unless the food had just been put out, it was not hot. The food still tasted good, but there was just so much left to the imagination. I was just a little let down with the price I paid for my food to be all different temperatures. Next time, I will try and plan to visit at a high volume time in hopes that more food will be freshly cooked.The customer service was good.

This location is absolutely great. We were visiting from out of state,( Ky) the place was clean, the food was fresh and the employees were genuinely friendly! They all seemed to be working together. We wish we had this back at home at our Panda ! Thanks!

I tried to get a hold of the manager and none will be in until Monday I was told. I came through drive trough and my chicken was completely cold and old been sitting for awhile. The rice as pictured is in huge hunks and hard like it's been sitting for hours and the noodles are so dry. I am very disappointed as when I come here its always fresh. This time is absolutely disgusting
