My husb and I went to the South Strand location as we had a problem with an earlier drive thru order. The manager, Amanda, was very professional and treated us as a manager should. You should be proud to have an employee like her. The young lady at the register, Rebecca, was very personable and you should be proud of her too. I had never been in this restaurant at this location. The food was very good; the service was terrific and the atmosphere was very relaxing.

Food is great but customer service is not so good. I placed my order online for a pick up and when I arrived I was informed they didn’t have the drink I ordered and paid for. She did however ask if I wanted a replacement and I didn’t. I have ask for a refund three times since last that day once through corporate and twice at the store. I seem to be conveniently missing the GM when I stop again to get my food and have them return my money. I guess the girl that helped me out that day got a large $7 tip! Well good for her! So do yourself a favor and only order and pay for your food there don’t place an online order because if they mess up they don’t seem to be in a hurry to help.

Called store three days in a Row to order orange scones and they didn’t have them so I created an online order so I could get them the next morning and woke up to an email at 5 AM saying my order was canceled and they open at 6 AM. Called this morning to ask if they had any and they did not. I’m starting to think that they’re not even making them. How can an order be cancelled before even opening the store

I’ve ordered from this Panera 3 times. 2/3 times they have completely forgotten half of my order. I ordered on Uber eats and they forgot my large mac n cheese and cream cheese for my bagel. My sister got her meal right and now all I have to eat is a dry bagel and lots of bread.

If I could give zero stars I would. This is the second time we have visited this particular Panera and it is far below the standard of others. Ordered large container of chicken noodle soup (sorry we don't have those) so they gave us multiple containers instead. The containers were only half full. Then the soup itself. It tasted like dishwater, there was very little chicken or noodles. And the one carrot I had was the end piece. It was disgusting to say the least. Will not give it another try.

Will never go there again. We gave them All were bad. First one we thought maybe it was because of covid but it got worse. The last 3 times they were out of 90 percent of the menu.
