Seated in timely manner, excellent team staff, service impeccable, wonderful people skills, steaks done to perfection (rare & medium rare) our side dishes were served hot & so well prepared with taste, texture, and presentation. Our primary wait-staff server was Austin. He is the type of professional I seek in my business.
We love Chris, Courtney, and Melissa. It’s a weekly visit. Can’t beat their service. Our drinks are always ready.

On 4/24/24 we had our best Ruth's Chris experience ever!! And we've been to the original in New Orleans, Houston, Lafayette, Baton Rouge, Cancun, Pittsburgh, Destin and Dallas.But when I put in the reservation notes that I was in hot water with the wife, and needed a romantic table, I had no idea they were going to completely go into rescue mode. Aaron the GM procured a dozen red roses ? and had them in a nice vase on our table along with red heart ❤️ confetti. My wife was so shocked that she got to keep the flowers and made me carefully pack them the next morning, so she could have them in our Savannah hotel for the next 5 days.Been bragging me off to family and friends ever since! Jeremy our server also did a great job of creating a fun and light mood.Can't thank this team enough!! Great meal, great view and great experience.......

A update to last year’s excellent review. Phil was our server again and he is truly excellent! He goes that extra mile to make the dining experience top notch! The steaks were delicious and the cuts of meat were very lean.. Great wine menu, too.Phil J was superb and made our dining experience go so smoothly. He always checked in with us & did an excellent job of recommending an alternative bottle of wine when the one we requested wasn’t available. The steaks & lamb were all cooked perfectly and the Caesar salads, broccoli and creamed spinach were all delicious! This Ruth’s Chris is one of the best we’ve ever been to!

We have dined here many times when visiting Myrtle Beach and have never been disappointed. We always choose to sit in the bar area or on the patio because of the servers. Danielle, Courtney, Melissa and Shane always provide great service and genuinely seem glad to see us. We travel a few times each year from Virginia and never miss a chance to have dinner here. My husband loves the Manhattan Eastside and when they see us come through the door, they start making it. Looking forward to our next visit.
My wife and I went here on our wedding night, and it was hands down the best steak we've ever had. Melt in your mouth tender for both the strip and ribeye. Lobster mac and cheese is so rich and creamy that it comes second only to the stuffed mushrooms we ordered for an appetizer.

For my birthday celebration, they even went above and beyond by decorating the table. The ambiance and decor are truly impressive.The food is always excellent, perfectly seasoned, and cooked to perfection. The staff is incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional, providing exceptional service.Regarding the cost, I believe their prices are justified given the high quality of the food and the outstanding service they provide.

Twice, I’ve taken special customers to RC, their request. I was so upset! Its very expensive. I would have been fine with that. A business expense, .But it was awful!! I like charred rare. I made that clear. Both times I sent my gray stake back. I felt screwed!! Won’t take customers there again!
