First time here although we've driven by it several times. Sorry I did now. It was more than we expected. You will definitely enjoy this establishment. Food was great, service was too. And the deco is all Slammin Sammy Snead. I highly recommend it.

I like Sam Snead’s! I usually crave it once every few months and we love having Amber as our server.The reason for the poor review is I’m pretty sure my partner got food poisoning last time we were in and I reported it via email to them since they were closed the day after we ate there and I never heard anything back from them. Kind of an unfortunate experience.

Staying at the Homestead and some lovely ladies at the pool recommended Sam’s Sneads Tavern. My husband is a huge fan So this was like a dream come true to hangout and have a few drinks. This place was so warm and comforting. My husband walked around for an hour looking at all the memorabilia of Sam. He also got to hang out with Sam’s son and hear some stories from back in the day. We had dinner reservations somewhere else but ended up staying and this place did not disappoint!! Best meal we’ve had in a long time. My butternut squash soup was so good! We ended up having steaks and so glad we did! Oh and bonus we got to meet the owners, they were down to earth good people. So if you’re staying at the homestead wander on over to Sam’s for the best meal in town!! We’ll be back for sure!!

I have lived here for years but never tried this place. Really wish I had visited sooner! Our server was prompt and friendly. The atmosphere was relaxed and the decor quite nice. I had the Chicken Marsala and it was delicious! Everyone in the family loved their food too; we can't wait to come back!

Expensive, and food was just ok. Coleslaw was my least favorite. They had the nerve to put it in a little cup as if I ordered it as a side. Also tarter sauce and ranch tasted like mayo. Expensive mayo.

Never a bad meal...or cocktail. Waiter Tim is excellent. This is panko breaded swai with baked potato and awesome spinach. Happy hour cocktails Reasonably priced meals. Brought my visiting brother and sister in law here and they loved it. Try the Pear Martini.

I Research on Trip advisor to Plan out our top picks on where to go eat at the beach. We had not been there before. It was rating very good. I had the Filet and my huband had the Grilled Salmon. It was oak grilled. It was wonderfull. The Atmosphere was calming and relaxed. I was too full to try their Desserts but they Sounded delicious. And they do take reservations. We will go back someday

We had a great time last night and my favorite Liver and Onions with real mashed potatoes was incredibly wonderful Sam Snead’s has the best! Our server Tim was on spot with our drink refills and all of our needs even Joyce the manager came over to make sure we were satisfied! We highly recommend this place to all our friends we have been here before and always have a great time!!! ?

Went here today for dinner (7/13) I have tried a few places around for steak and even some 5 star places that had steaks with no flavor. This was our first time here and I must say, complements to the chef! My wife and I ordered the 7oz sirloin. AMAZING FLAVOR. This will be my new go to spot for steak and other things. The mashed potatoes and vegetable medly as well as the fries were all great. Our son had the chicken fingers with fries that was good as well. His meal comes with ice-cream and it was that real ice cream, very good. I would also like to say that we had Jenn as our server and she was great as well! Very attentive! I didn't have to ask for anything she was already on top of it. Thank you Jenn! and the rest of the staff that made this a nice night. We will definitely be back!
Has quickly become one of my favorite restaurants. Terrific services and excellent food. Early bird specials and happy hour options are really nice. Specials are also good - highly recommend Tuesday's Angus Meatloaf.

I give this a five star because the food is awesome the staff is great & I wish I would of discovered this place sooner because I could go here once a month. When we go on Fridays being there special is prime meat night it is outstanding but you got to go early before they run out. All there sides are awesome as well & desserts are great as well. The only problem is now I am addicted & want to go there more then once a month. Lol

We stumbled across Sam Sneeds restaurant while visiting Myrtle Beach a few years ago. We visit at least once or twice every time we go on vacation to MB. The service is outstanding, the food is delicious and in particular - you will not get a better steak! Next level! You cannot make a reservation online but you can call to make one. It is always best to do that.

We sat at the bar for dinner. The cheese burger sliders were very good, as were the French fries. They have happy hour specials on appetizers and drinks. Very friendly and attentive staff.

I picked up a doordash from here and the lemon piccata smelled so good I came back to try some food. I ended up ordering their fish tacos and the spinach and artichoke dip. My girlfriend got the meatloaf, wedge salad, and sweet potato casserole. The waitress was very nice, very helpful, and had great recommendations. The food came out in perfect timing. The presentation was on point. I wish I had taken a picture of the meatloaf cuz it looked really good. It came with mashed potatoes and had some sort of of gravy with strips of roasted carrots. I tried a bite and it was better than my own recipe. The sweet potato casserole tasted like Thanksgiving at my grandma's house. The spinach artichoke dip was super thick and cheesy like I like it (was not watery at all which I hate) and the fish tacos..... just amazing! The cilantro lime aoli was similar to tarter sauce but much better and more flavorful. And the presentation was lovely, which tells me that they care. Overall experience was delightful. Me and my girlfriend left happy, full, with lots of leftovers, and excited to come back. Can't wait to try something else on their menu.P.s. I took the fish tacos photo after messing with the onions and jalapeños and taking a bite out of one of the tacos. The presentation was much nicer than this.
