Love, love, love Sandlapper food. Their hummingbird cake is the best!! They really try hard to give you a good experience. Also the fried squash is superb.

Great locally owned operation. I don't understand why they're not busier, but it's a plus for me. Their nightly specials are always good. Great meat and three type lunch. Even after having to raise the prices recently because of inflation, they're super reasonable. My favorite local diner.

Home cooked southern fare, excellent fried pickles, with friendly and welcoming service. Yes they have sweet tea and they do it right. Menu includes a little bit of everything from burgers to seafood to philly cheese, reubens and spaghetti. Seniors and kids menus too. If you can't find something good to eat here, then you aren't hungry.

We went four times during our month-long stay in Myrtle Beach. Pefectly cooked fried shrimp. One day we shared the shrimp and fish platter for $10.95 More than enough food. I don't think I have ever had better fried fish. Love the hand-cut fries which come out with lots of crispy bits. Get the carrots for a side--just like Cracker Barrel. Not a fancy place and it is right on the highway but that didn't bother us at all. We ate at the outside tables. Staff was very pleasant and came outside to see if we needed anything. Can't beat the value.

This place is the opposite of fancy or high end, but man! Do they ever offer great food! Wonderful fried seafood, awesome comfort food like meat loaf, mashed potatoes and gravy. One of my personal favorites is their liver and onions. They also have delicious desserts. This is - by far - my favorite neighborhood restaurant.

I am obsessed. This is my 3rd time ordering from there through door dash. As much as i do not like door dash it what i have to do to get my food from sandlapper :) The menu needs to be updated also. i really wanted to try the honey glazed carrots but door dash did not have them on there. THE FOOD IS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING

Larry was more than accommodating for catering a large family Christmas dinner. Food was amazing and more than enough for our guests. Everyone was raving over how great the food was. Variety of options. Fresh. Great prices. We’ve always loved dining here and getting to bring it to our large family was awesome and we are so grateful for the amazing service!

This place is very affordable and the food is great. Lots of specials, something for everybody. The service is fast, and everyone is friendly. I had the flounder, and shrimp. My wife had liver and onions. Both very good. I highly recommend this place.

The food here was excellent - I got the fried shrimp and hand-cut potato chips, one friend got the hamburger steak with the mushrooms and onions and gravy, and the other friend got the seafood deluxe, all meals were fantastic!!
