This is a classic tourist trap. Might be passable for a cocktail on the bar but don't come there for food. Service is also atrocious. Final Icing on the cake ? You get charged MANDATORY 18% gratitude plus a random number for an item called "operational expenses" (???) . So many better alternatives around. Avoid.

Have been going to Tiki Bar for several years. Prices are good and food is even better! Go there! The burger quality and size is amazing. That said, they now add an 18% gratuity without letting the customer know. That is a big turn off. The problem isn't the mandatory tip, it's the lack of warning that a tip has already been included in your bill. (I almost left another 20% tip but decided to look carefully at my bill. Couldn't believe the tip was already included!) Even telling a customer after would be awkward for the customer to take it back--no? Accidental double tipping must happen here often, and it leaves a sour taste (pun intended) when you leave the restaurant. Owner: Make things right by confirming every customer will be personally told about the 18% tip PRIOR to paying their bill. I am adding a photo of my bill with the waitress's name removed so she doesn't somehow get in trouble. Also a photo of my burger. Huge and very tasty! Just watch out for accidentally double tipping.

EXCELLENT ! ! ! ! Went for lunch and got the shrimp and the wings. Friendly - courteous - professional service in a relaxing atmosphere. Right off the boards at 8th Avenue. You can either eat on the deck watching the ocean or inside in cool comfortable air conditioning. They play great music also and it's not overly loud. I would highly recommend

Food was decent but service was horrible. No smiles and just acted like they had better places to be. Had to get our own napkins and ask for water and then refills. 2 drinks and a hummus plate came out to almost $60 with all of the extra taxes and auto gratuity and service fee. Beach views were the only good thing about this place.

Stopped in for lunch today since we were staying nearby. Nice outdoor dining area that overlooks the beach and ocean. The menu says that they are adding an 18% gratuity to the bill. I think that doesn't incentivise the servers to do a good job, and Rylie exemplified that by basically ignoring us until we were done our meal. Also, it really tweaks me when restaurants add a 4% "operational charge" if you use a credit card, which they do. Anyway, pretty decent menu, but since we were not overly hungry, we both had the brisket tacos, which were good. It's a tourist area, so the prices are high, but overall, it was OK.

We went for happy hour. Beer was cold and Buffalo Nachos were not only different but delicious as well. The service was quick and the view beautiful.

BEWARE, BEWARE!!!! We stopped for drinks and decided to order some coconut shrimp. Food was good, service was good. So why 1 star rating? The bill came and I always read the bill. There was a gratuity already added! I looked at the menu, and there, in small print, says 18% gratuity automatically added to each check! What if I had lousy service? Also, I would have tipped more, but they hide it from you! See picture, and they did not return the original ticket to me to take a picture. If I had not been paying attention, they would have gotten 38% tip! They did not say there was an 18% tip already added, and they show you the different amounts to tip based on the total, which the total includes an 18% tip! Service was good, not great. But the way they hide this from you, how many never notice? Very deceitful. We were going back for a full meal later this week, but not now. They totally lost our trust and left us with a bad taste in our mouths. Management should be ashamed of themselves as in my opinion, this is almost criminal. Go at your own risk, or expense as the case may be!

Got charged a service fee as well as 18% gratuity. Refused to pay gratuity. We tipped 30% everywhere else we went. Has fun there 3 years ago. Seems dirty and poorly managed. NEVER AGAIN.

Close to our hotel, right on the beach…we keep returning every year….but can’t justify the prices. Servers work hard…great location…

If you are over 40, do not go here. They will not wait on you. Plus if they do, the automatically chargec18% gratuity so service is the worst I've ever experienced. Out of 3 times we visited in a week, first time I got pizza and hot crab dip. Pizza was very sub par, very few pepperoni slices and no f li favored sauce. Crap dip was absolutely horrible. Second time, very slow service despite only 5 people at the bar including my wife and me. Ended up paying for 2 drinks and leaving. Went Friday afternoon for happy hour and after 10 minutes waiting with 4 waitresses and only 4 of us at the bar, no service. We left vowing never to go there afain. This used to be a face spot for us, now I loathe it completely.

Stopped here for a couple of drinks. First there’s no free parking. We paid $10 for an hour. The place was pretty dead. A few people on the outside area. The place looked clean and inviting. The waitstaff was very friendly. They didn’t have available what we ordered, so we just had some nachos and a couple of drinks. $60 for 2 drinks and nachos. Drinks were weak. Very sweet. Nachos were good but very messy.

We went out looking for a place to grab dinner. Although we didn't eat here as we couldn't find what we were craving, we did stay for a drink. The drinks were good, the service was on point, and the venue was cool.
