Stopped by the Starbucks on a rainy Tuesday. The Springhill staff recommended the coffee shop as they had just closed their morning coffee. Anyway, I went over to get a latte for my wife and the total was $8.51. To make matters worse, the automated card reader did not allow me to change the amount of the tip on the reader - so it cost an additional 1.20 for this overpriced latte. Personally, I think Starbucks is part of the inflation problem which continues to rear its ugly head on hard working Americans.

I just sat with my husband here waiting for a bacon egg and cheese and one bagel for 10 minutes which wouldnt be a big deal except there were five employees on. Place only had 5 customers in it. One poor boy did all the work while four of the ither employees were on the phone. When i asked if it would be much longer they all looked at the kid and one employee said hes a little backed up. Instead of helping him they ALL went back to their phones and we waited another five minutes. As the general manager of a corporate restaurant myself, i was appaled by this. Do better starbucks

The amount of people smoking outside here is unreal 4-6 at all times and they keep the cigarette disposals at every table so it encourages it. Too bad, this would otherwise be an amazing location. It's ok if you want to sit inside.

There is a kid that works at this Starbucks with a terrible attitude problem. My drink was not done correctly which happens sometimes. Very rare but it does happen. I asked him to remake it and he legit refused the other person in the store had to remake it. Which it came out perfect when the other guy made it. White kid with Brown hair. Just incase you see him in there. Good luck. Crazy thing is I came to this Starbucks almost every day on vacation here and the experience has been great. My last day here I get a kid with a terrible attitude that does not need to be working around customers.

Stayed at the Grande Cayman so this was my only option for a hot cup of coffee. My first time at Starbucks and will be my last time at this location. I kindly asked for a large cup of coffee with the regular amount of cream but light on the sugar. The person taking my order was very professional and friendly and knew exactly what I wanted. The person who made my coffee is the reason why I won't return, after I asked for light on the sugar he looked at me and obnoxiously said, "so would that be one or two sugars". I replied that light probably means I want one sugar. Again, with an obnoxious tone, he said, " so just say one sugar." Then when I got back to my room I tasted my coffee and there was hardly any cream in it and the overall taste was very bitter even with a light amount of sugar.

the service here was great and the workers were so kind and friendly. i wanted to leave a review specifically for baristas joseph and phillip. they were super funny and friendly and made my mornings while i was on vacation. they even turned my usual drink into a frappuccino just so phillip could flip my drink. i would 100% recommend.

Asked for the coffee strong and it wasn’t so he remade it and it was so very nasty and had mainly foam. I expected better! The coffee separated itself from the foam.

The tipping is out of hand. There was a tip jar on the table, and then there was an option to tip 20% with the card while paying. This is before receiving my order. I didn’t get a response when I said good morning, and it took less than a minute to make my drink. I had already tipped and the drink was awful, I would have tipped zero ($8 for ONE drink) and I’m supposed to tip? Starbucks pay your employees. It has been a while since I had been to Starbucks and I hate this new tipping culture.

This is a fantastic Starbucks. First of all, the location is great. It's right by the water and there is plenty of parking. Stop here, park for free, get your Starbucks, and take it to the beach! Second, we stopped here three times over the course of the week we were in town. The wait was never very long, the bathrooms were very clean, and the food/drink items we wanted were always in stock. There are plenty of places to sit if you want to relax or work inside and the staff was always very friendly and accommodating. On our third visit I left a little extra than my normal tip amount because I was so pleased with our visits here. I highly recommend this Starbucks location! See you this summer.

Have made it a habit of going down to the lobby every morning on our MB trip. Baristas on point!?? Super friendly location. Clean,Quick, and convenient if you’re staying at The Grande Cayman or any nearby location. Mobile orders have been ready and waiting by the time I make it down from 5th floor. The consistency is also great. Will be back again tomorrow morning!
