If you order on the app, check your sandwich before you leave the parking lot. I ordered 2 subs (SO simple) online and didn’t check them so I was already home by the time I realized our order was completely wrong. And yes, the receipt attached to the bag had my name on it. To be honest, I’m laughing about it at this point because I think it would take more effort to mess up a sandwich with plain and simple ingredients than to make whatever kind of sandwiches we received. Maybe they were bored and needed some fun in their lives, I don’t know. Just beware!

My husband and I love this Subway?the staff is super friendly, the subs are made perfectly, and their restaurant is always clean so we eat in and enjoy our delicious subs! Def recommend!

Arrived at Subway Murrells Inlet 11/27 at 8:10 pm. Doors locked no one seemed to be there but lights on. 8:25 see 2 black girls in Subway uniforms take water out of refrigerator and take a seat in restaurant. Doors were not unlocked. My husband went to the restaurant next door to get food. I’m watching from the car! Very poor.

I was there parked directly out front of establishment and thought about picking up a sandwich. Until I saw the only two very young employees outside playing with there friends out front at 7pm. No one in store. They were all out front vaping and passing it around to the young kids on bicycles. Watched the girl employee with dreads vape then go inside to serve someone without HANDWASHING!!! I called the girl out on it and her and all the kids called me names. Young blonde boy employee called me some vulgar names as well. Dhec needs to do a drop in on a Friday evening when it is crowded in the area. Corporate needs to know what goes on in this store. Will never eat there and do not recommend to any others. Yuck!

Employee was too busy talking to a buddy sitting at the booth rather than doing his job. He messed up the sub (gave me the wrong size), forgot ingredients on my salad, and then forgot my cookie. I had to wait on that. The cookie was burnt to a crisp. Some of the worst service and food I’ve ever received from here honestly. I stopped by at roughly 4:30/4:45 on 09/11/23. This place used to be nice.

I ran in to get a couple of subs to go. The young lady behind the counter actually washed her hands and then put on gloves before she took my order. I was very impressed with the precautions she took.The subs were excellent!!

The store was filthy, the food was Absolutely disgusting, got my order wrong as well, came back because I called about a refund, they said I could, and then I couldn’t when I got back. Terrible service and staff was very sarcastic and had a bad attitude.

ew..just ew..was in the other day and the lead was wiping the area where the sandwiches are made with a very dirty cloth, please use a clean cloth, I won't be back to eat at this particular one, maybe I'm done with subway..

Worse experience ever. One sub was sloppy and extremely soggy to the point it couldn’t be eaten. Salad had no dressing on the salad or in the bag so I couldn’t eat it. Ordering ahead sucks because it’s never right and nothing is ever done when we take the surveys to make it right. Subway on 707 is notorious for this
