I tried twice to place an order online to the DickPond location, but it would not allow me to finish, despite all requiredd fields completed. I called the store and was told they cannot take phone orders. Frustrating. Will go somewhere else
I've been using subways online app for several years now. It's really helpful when you're in a rush to be able to order your food from your phone and then head over to the store and pick it up!

Messed up my order 3 consecutive visits, my orders weren't difficult they were just something off the menu no changes, no alternation, just off the menu. Very disappointing. I now drive a decent way out of my way just to visit the next nearest Subway. Decently nice staff tho, but come on guys get it together.
