My family ordered the Burger, Tots, and Wings this week. Everything was outstanding. I was there all week didn't get names. The bar crew especially Jason ? ...I asked for the Ghetto Burger had everyone laughing. It's no need to leave out for food and drinks they got everything you need. Very clean. Food is worth the money!

Very clean hotel and friendly staff! Only part that I did not like was the starbucks inside the hotel only had one person working with a line out the door every day. The female was actually taking orders, preparing drinks, AND cooking the food.

It would have been nice to be informed about house keeping services. Otherwise it was very nice. I would definitely stay with Courtyard again. The hotel is in a very convenient location. It was easy to get around

My husband took our 3 year-old and 7 year- old boys for a two night mini-vacation to Myrtle Beach. We chose this hotel mostly because of the indoor pool. Our boys love to play in the pool and it was THE THING they were most excited about. The indoor pool was too cold to swim in for their entire stay. The issue was reported to staff who promised to "look into it" but the pool remained cold. I understand that things break, but there was no explanation offered for why the pool was so cold. Staff did apologize, but if you've ever vacationed alone with a 3 and 7 year old, you'll understand what a big deal this was. Our vacation hinged on that amenity and it felt like the hotel staff considered it a low priority. We feel cheated. We are a busy family and time off with our boys is precious - this trip feels like a squandered opportunity.

The rooms were fairly comfortable, the t.v. was a good size with great channels, the bed was nice, and water pressure was well. However, there wasn't much space on the bathroom counters for my toiletries. And I think it's time to lay down new carpet.

The staff makes this place! BobbyJo, Andrea, Dave and Arian are the best. Coming to Barefoot Landing is always a pleasure because I am welcomed like a friend. There are few problems, but when there are they are handled immediately.

The room was very clean and had everything I needed. The bar/food area was adequate, too. It was convenient to where I wanted to be.The staff was courteous. I don’t have anything else to add. That is all.

The property was neat and clean. The beds were comfortable, and the room was clean and convenient. Some parts looked old and dated - soiled carpets in the hallway and lobby, rust in tub, and aged doors. Attempts were made to modernize but fell short on some details. However, overall, it was a good experience.

Everything was better at this location. The last two nights we were at another location and it wasn’t nearly half as good. The elevator was quick. You have a microwave in room. Hot water in shower. Front desk a lot more pleasant checkin early no problem

Unsafe to stay here. This hotel doesn't have cameras and has a history of parking lot break-ins. The hotel management does not seem to care and will say it's a false accusation. I am attaching a copy of the police business card I received and heard from them that break-ins are a regular occurrence. I was told to not stay here as they will not install cameras and do not seem to care about the safety of their guests.

Great location and very reasonable room rates. Convenient to House of Blues and some very nice restaurants. If you’re going to a show at HOB I highly recommend this hotel. Got a great room with off season rate and it was perfect. Will definitely be back.

Stains on the shower floor and on the tile in the bathroom other than that staff are very friendly. Also ate breakfast in the dining room food was good but the silverware was dirty. AC was broken with an ERR code on the led display.

This was a really good hotel great customer service the front desk lady was really pretty and nice I love the bar pool and hot tub I’ll give it a 10/10 in we will definitely be taking a trip back soon

Restaurant service and menu very limited. Tried to order something other than wings or burger but that was the only thing they had. “Manager didn’t place our wine order so we only have the house wine.” Breakfast menu also limited. Sad for a Marriott brand as I have seen similar in other Courtyards. The brand has never been known for its food but it’s gone from mediocre/sustenance to something to avoid.
