Visited with some friends during a beach trip. The staff was pretty nice and the food was actually really good. We had a great time! This location isn’t as nice as the one that I normally go to back in Charlotte. I guess it is understandable since it’s like near the beach and all though. To end on a high note, the turkey avocado wrap slaps.

Sent me a message saying bay was ready to add a 30min extension to get there to reply no. Get there in 15 mins and had to wait another hour and a half. Before I got a bay. Absolutely ridiculous.

Our experience was HORRIBLE. We have been to TOP Golf all over the country and this was by far the worst experience. The reservation system is horrible. We met 3 managers in one night we made reservations and was told bays weren't available to only see tables not clean and several empty bays. Our party was cut down to only 1 adult and 2 kids still wasn't able to be seated. We came with a larger party booked 1 min later than them and was still not offered a bay until 1 hr. later. Staff members were standing around not cleaning bays. Its dishearten to bring kids on vacation and do things the right to not get treated fairly. The hospitality manager was the only one who tried to assist. To be told that there were several managers on duty and see empty bays and others walk in and be seated immediately shows that the good Ol South is still the good Ol South but we have pics and videos and will be going to social media. Its embarrassing to see that people like this still exist.

The TopGolf experience overall was great as always but the service here is a bit lacking. Waitress barely came by and when she did, she seemed bothered by us asking for things. Felt like we were rushed out when our time was almost out and decided not to extend. Would probably return but hopefully not with the same server.

Frustrating that the “offers” for booking through the app are misleading. I was eventually told the price is actually per hour even though we are locked in for two hours. Nowhere in the terms and conditions does it say this. Additionally, my deposit was never even removed from my receipt day of. I questioned and the manager basically talked a lot of jargon so I just gave up after that. Everything was going great until the shown offer wasn’t actually as shown.
Let me start by saying I hate golf. lol. This is not really golf. Any skill level can have fun here. Food is good and reasonably priced. Atmosphere is great. Once again you don’t have to be a golfer to come here. Highly recommend. Tuesday is the cheap day so try to go Tuesday. Reservations are recommended.
We came in for a birthday, Brandi was an excellent server I'll definitely request and recommend her next time!
