The Waffle House on 2811 S Kings Hwy, MB is the worst Waffle House I have ever entered. Service was despicable. The scene we encountered: one person cooking, one waitress & 3 employees including the manager in a back room. Three customers waiting for tables to be cleaned to sit. The person in front of us stated he had been waiting 10 mins for a clean table. They were empty, just needed to be cleared. Slowly the 3 employees in the back room came out. No one went to any tables to clean. I finally got the managers attention to ask if we could get clean tables. It took him 3 mins to clean a table. The other 2 employees were just walking aimlessly around behind the counter. No one else attempted to clean a table. You would think the manager would instruct the other 2 employees to clean tables. You would be mistaken. We left after waiting 15 mins for a clean table.

BY FAR, THE WORST WAFFLE HOUSE I HAVE BEEN TO! I usually love waffle House when I am travelling, always good, always fast, and always great service. Not the case here. We sat down, and I ordered the all star special and the lady was confused about it. Food showed up by someone else and werent given silverware so we waited for another couple minutes for that to arrive. Nobody came back and checked in to make sure everything was good, just left the check on the table and ran away. Definitely won't be back to this location, management has some work to do, and get these employees working. I spotted about 8 employees just wandering around behind the counter not doing anything!

I love Waffle House but this location has problems with 6 am staff. 3 times ago on a Saturday they forgot the jalapeño peppers in my omelet and gave me white toast instead of wheat. 2nd time ago on a thursday morning the cook finished cooking my omelet and then threw it in the trash! She cooked another one and was going to throw it in the trash. The waitress ask me if I wanted to wait for her to try a 3rd time. I said no. Apparently the omelet was sticking to the pan so she wanted to throw it away. I would have taken the first one had they asked me. The next Saturday morning I ordered a 3 egg omelet and the cook only put 2 eggs in the blender. I told the waitress and the cook added another egg. If I wasn't looking I would have got a 2 egg omelet! Then the cook proceeded to give me white toast again instead of wheat. I'm going to try the the Waffle House down the street and see if they can get my order straight! 3 strikes your out!

Had a usual WH meal. That was good,but the problem was a gross error on my bill. I paid with a CC and didn’t get a receipt. Before I left, I checked my bank online and the charge was $15 tip added for a $26 tab. Worst part was we left a cash tip.
The male cook kept tucking his shirt in with gloves on and continued to cook with the same gloves. He was more attentive to his appearance than preparing orders. He was placing toast on the cooking area instead of on a plate. They were busy but our waitress wasn't attentive enough to see our food was ready. The female cook started arguing with our waitress and the process of ordering & getting our food was not a good experience.This is not the first time I've visited Waffle House but I've seen how the cooks get the food out efficiently and quickly.Maybe it was the wrong team or the wrong day to visit.
