Worst experience I’ve ever had at a fast food restaurant. Staff was f-bombing and ignoring us, missing food in order, etc. Felt like we were in the twilight zone.

It took forever to get our food. The good was hit but even after asking for a second time they still didn't give us the correct dipping sauce. Overall I would go back I just recommend checking orders before leaving the drive thru. Didn't like that once you are in drive thru there is no getting out of the line. I was going to leave but was trapped.

What's up with this Wendy's location? Please ensure fries are hot. Why ask me what type of sauce I want with my nuggets when you never put it in the bag? STOP INCONVENIENCING THE CUSTOMER. ITS NOT OUR RESPONSIBILITY (because we aren't employees) to make sure everything is correct.

The woman at the counter was excellent and very pleasant. I'm glad I stopped in your location the food was delicious and is very reasonably priced. The tables were clean and floors swept. I enjoyed my experience

Slowest service ever

4/6/24 1p. DOORS LOCKED. First time using the Wendy's app, however when we attempted to go inside to pickup all doors were locked. Had to go thru drive and WAITED IN LINE FOR OVER 30 MINUTES. Needless to say we won't be back.☹️

I gotta say, Wendy's always provides great taste. What you can't always get is good customer service. Makes a difference. The employees there were quite different than typically. As busy as they were, there was patience and friendliness. Smiles by employees were very impressive considering how busy it was that day. The employees at this location need to be recognized.

I went here the other night and that's also the last time I'm ever going there. I showed up and there were a few customers in front of us also waiting to order. Since we were using the app because we had a discount, we asked the guy up front about it and he started mumbling. I'm not sure if he was drunk or something but he wouldn't answer any of our questions. The other guest were also asking questions only to be mumbled an unintelligible response. The other guest and us ended up leaving. I've always had a good experience at Wendy's so this was a shocker. I'm surprised this place still has a license. The owner has a lot of work to do. 0 outta 5, do not go.
