Ordered a Reuben-style sub on UberEats and asked for no sauerkraut because I can’t stand sauerkraut. I understand most people like it on their Reubens but there was an option to ask for it without which is why I ordered it. Came covered in sauerkraut and could not eat the sandwich. Wish they would’ve paid more attention to the order notes.

My order was made wrong I was very nice about the situation as I called and asked to speak with management. The first lady on the phone was very nice and understanding. The second lady which I believe was the OWNER gets on the phone and wasn't so nice to be an OWNER MY TUNA WAS SOUR AND MY PHILLYWHCH WAS MADE WRONG ON A 33.00 DOLLAR ORDER I GOT REFUND 8 DOLLARS I WILL NOT RETURN .

Alexandra seriously makes the most killer sandwiches. So delicious every time and very consistent. She has a great attitude and she’s very kind during each of my visits. My boyfriend and I live in Myrtle beach half time and in Columbia half time. Out of all the locations we’ve been to in both cities, this is the best one by far and Alexandra makes it even more of a pleasant experience.Vegetarian options: A vegetarian dream. Wich wich is a must for us every Myrtle Beach vacation..sometimes twice!Love how you pick you own bag and check off your selection of toppings, then bring your selection to the cashier. They are suppppper tasty and everyone we have brought or recommended to is hooked.The crinkle fries are a must too.Only recommendation would be from a housekeeping perspective, slight opportunity to ensure all tables are thoroughly clean.We will be back soon!

My husband and I had 2 fabulous sandwiches here on Saturday. I mean they were really good and service was great. We couldn't believe the little gem we had found. Went back on Tuesday, sign on door said "We are closed". Went to the website and it stated the place is closed permanently!! Us, along w several other people returned to our vehicles to try to figure it out. Oh well, atleast we had the experience... I'd still like to know why they closed.

Cashier was rushing me to order so they could close the door and i tried to order a shake and more food but they said they have shut everything down and it wasn’t even 8:00 yet. This was the worst customer service that I’ve ever had in 10 years unprofessional do better.

We had a great experience here today for lunch! There were 4 of us and our subs were all fresh and delicious! The staff was very friendly and the pricing was good at around $11 for a meal (sub, chips and drink). I loved that the have more variety of subs and toppings than some other Which Wich locations! I got to have blue cheese on my sub and spinach, which are not available at some locations. Excellent!
